“I brought in the globe to a hurricane lamp I've had for 50 years to see if they could fix a crack in it. It broke my heart. There was no way they could fix it so they went online with me until we found a replacement globe. It was actually a discontinued design, but they continued to look until they found one that was the same design. Fit perfectly. It was not something I expected, but they went above and beyond to help me find one. These guys are awesome!”

“We brought some rock chunks from our vacation to Debbie with the idea of making a shadow box and including the location and year we traveled. One day I got a call from Debbie saying she was working on it and thought it wasn’t going to look interesting enough. She suggested adding a picture or 2 from the trip. We did and she sent us a mock up-it was wonderful. She didn’t do the basic job we asked for-she went above and beyond to make us a spectacular and creative memory from a special trip. Her work is exquisite. I highly recommend Debbie and her frame shop-In His Timeframe on G Street in Grants Pass.”
