I will never get propane from them again! At least 4 tanks over filled and then not to mention having propane leak into my children's room and the entire house, NOT GOOD!!!!! Get training or stop servicing propane tanks.

I do business here at least 3 times a week, the watermelon cucumber water is amazing and so is the staff. Especially the 2-10 pm employees, they are always smiling, helpful, polite and friendly. I appreciate them all especially after working a convenience store myself for years, I know that they have a demanding job with quite a few rude or impatient customers. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

I get gas here alot and today I had a manager yell and threaten my life because one of his employees was talking to me and mentioned there goes my boss then the manager proceeded to yell at me threaten me by saying he would kill me all this is over . I Have no clue cus I have never met that manager before and he flipped out on the wrong person cus I never had beef with him or whatever until now I will be taking this incident all the way to the top until something is done to this manager because this is not how you treat customer's and all I did was talk to his employee.

The convenience store has a wide selection of items including state maps which are nice. The bathrooms are clean and the staff there are very nice.

I've been to many different AmPm's in California,not one of them did that for me!! They always have what you need when you go there!

Just came to get gas at this station handed employee 20 told him 20 premium he pumped 19 and then stood infront of the pump trying to hide the amount this isn't the first time I've had a bad exspireance here won't be coming back

I pulled money out of the atm for my friend, they only had 20’s. So he asked the cashier for two 10’s. He asked to put 10 on gas, and also got some food that he wanted to pay with EBT. The cashier took both tens and did not let us use the EBT. We didn’t ask for two ten’s to give them both back?! Cashier would not give us our money back even tho he is the one who misinterpreted what we asked for. We are obviously broke using EBT. The same cashier was yelling at someone when we arrived. Oh and a customer threatened us with a gun when we asked for our money back (cashier told us to get out after ripping us off). What a horrible experience.

Terry lane grants pass oregonToday went to ampm and got accosted and treated very threatening with minimal respect from a redheaded employee today who decided to take it out on customers because you had a bad day. Other customers then decided to lack of a better term be extremely ghetto and continue to give the company a horrible name I personally will not use that store again due to the unsafe measures and actions of the employees

I was very upset and uncomfortable to hear a very loud conversation between 2 employees talking about all women don't work and just live off of men etc.....more deeper.they we're talking across the store disrespecting all women. I hope they feel better with themselves demeaning all women!! Other than that I've liked coming to this store. 1 stop shop. It did have 5 star rate until yest. I have this store 2 stars nowThat was at the Arco Ampm on Terry ln in Grants Pass. The other Arco in town on 7th st is very very clean compared to how it was. All men employees but the bathrooms smelled good and was spic and span. All the guys are respectful!!!!!!! I give them a 5 star.
