Overall good experience. Was in and out quickly. The vet and receptionist's were kind and helpful. The gal who checked me out and in however, was complaining about her unhappiness at her job. I can understand how that feels, however it is very unprofessional to be complaining about your work load and place of employment to complete strangers who are customers. Hoping it was just a bad day, but it really is unfortunate to see employees be overworked and so unhappy they feel the need to complain to their customers.

All of our pets have gone here for years. I am always happy with the quickness of appointments, thorough, accurate healthcare for my babies and great customer service with good competitive pricing... Even able to get in on short notice when really needed.

The people that work here at Allen Creek Vet are extremely friendly. It makes it so much easier when I have to call and ask questions about my dog and they are so nice and knowledgeable. The Vet got blood on my wiggly dog really fast. I was impressed. I would definitely recommend this Vet for your fur babies.

They were the best in town for years. We're going to be finding another Vet. We can't even get a call back from them and our animals need medical care. Had to drive 30 miles to the Pet E.R. and spend more money for the care needed. Allen Creek makes you feel like you're a burden to them when you finally get an appointment. It's such a disa ppointment since we've been taking our animals to them for years. I don't think it matters to them if they lose a few customers anymore. They act like they're to busy anyway

I brought my 7 week old Male Euro Doberman for ear cropping. Dr. Heidi and her team were very attentive to my pups surgery and follow up visits. The end result 8 weeks later is Impressive as my pup looks Great!
