I think they go out of there way to help anyone. I use there service a few times. And they were professional and friendly. I have to comment that. If you don't report to DMV notice of sale after your car leaves your hands. Your lazy. Everyone knows to. Go on DMV to you and file a notice of sale. It's even on the back of the registration page. Those people are just trying to survive in a world of lazy law breaking drug and alcohol users. Or shouldn't be behind the wheel. If you lose your car. They have to auction it for there loss. From your wrong doing. They didn't ask you to be a bad person nor to come in there lives. You chose to get in the car drunk. Shame on you. God bless all star 24 hour towing for your help with our lower class ignorant people and there fowl behavior practice. And garbage you probably have to clean up from them.

I had a wonderful experience with them, they got my car towed in a very reasonable amount of time , the guy who did the tow was super sweet and answered all questions I had.. even jumped my car for me to get it to start... was super patient through the whole thing, would go through them again.Service: Car towing

They towed my truck after giving me a citation before they were supposed to. Wrote citation on a Monday to move or will be towed. Say it was May 1,2022 @ 2300hrs. They were giving me until0 Friday to move it or lose. But they towed it on Wednesday instead. I was explained that it was a mistake for citation to be on my Truck this is why they towed it. My problem is that they had 2 day's to fix that ticket Before they towed it and Did nothing to remove it. So why am I being charged $410.00 to a 1 day tow? They should have never towed it !!! I lost my Dodge ram 4x4 1500 5.2ltr. truck with an 8 in lift in it because of their mistake. I'm not very happy with them.

My sister in law was in a wreck and was taken to the hospital. Officers called this towing company to get the car. When we went to see about the car the owner was rude. We asked if we could get some personal belongings out of the car. She said no. Then was mocking us about her taking the money out of the car. Second time same thing was met very rudly. She had said if we brought money down she would let us get belongings out of the car. She said she would get what she wants for my sister in law. Then tried to bully us. After I stated wjat laws and rights were she called the cops and wouldn't let us back on the property. Very poor customer service. I demanded nothing. She tried to pay you like agreed and then you changed it when we got there. I said 2 sentences to you besides there was no reason to be rude. First you told me 850 on the phone the day after it was towed. Then your husband said 650. Insurance never pays to tow. They pay it back. And we were charged for clean up even though I had to go pick up car parts and personal belongings and glass everywhere. The lady with the truck is right crooks!!

This was by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I've had in my life. We had a 1:30 pick up appointment. The manager called literally 2 minutes before 1:30, to see if I was going to show up for the appt, then proceeded to tell me she would be there in 25 minutes... 45 minutes later she shows up.My car was totaled that morning, two kids in the car after hitting a deer on the hwy, and I was trying to rent something to get my car home. When I simply inquired if there were any discounts for our time waiting after she shows up with no apologies - her first response was I can take my business elsewhere and told me I could leave. Her UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNNECESSARY response turned into a long winded rant about how she didn't need my business, because U-hual (who I was renting from through AllStarTowing) only paid her $4.60 for the transaction, how I don't know her life and what she had to do to get here.My voice was calm as I told her, all I did was ask a simple question, we wanted to proceed with the transaction because no where else around had a one way drop off for the tow dolly. She YELLED at me multiple times, if I didn't want to pay the price there was the door, to take my business elsewhere. If I didn't have two littles in the car I would have. She then PROCEEDED TO FULLY IGNORE ME for the rest of the transaction, made it a point to said if I spoke another word she wouldn't rent the dolly to me, and then dealt with my SO while I stood silently.One simple questions shouldn't have warranted her nasty, unprofessional, crazy response. I'm sure she will response back to my review, because I've reviewed other posts and make up some BS response of how it didn't go down this way, but as I told her in office, my voice wasn't raised, I wasn't swearing or threatening, I simply asked a question about a discount because she couldn't manage to be on time for her job. I am not responsible for how much money she makes at Uhual, so her response was completely unnecessary.She is the manager of the company who honestly has no business being in the customer service industry. I have never been so disrespected over a simple question in my life. If could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would.After taking my car back to Medford, 30 minutes away, loaded it up, drove it across the parking lot to check the straps to make sure my car was securely loaded, we realized we had a giant nail in the tow dolly tire and had to wait 90 minutes for road side assistance to come change the tire. After my interaction with the manager and her employee/husband "getting the tow dolly ready". I honestly can't prove anything, but wouldn't be surprised if they knew about the nail or added it just out of spite, that is how awful this place is.ALLSTARTOWING AND THE MANAGER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!
