This is a great storage place. The on-site manager is really nice. I really like how unpaid units aren't auctioned until a year has passed with either no payment or contact most places only allow 90 days sometimes even less.

Is it policy that your employees are allowed divulge private information about accounts to others on the internet that are NOT on the lease??? Interesting...... I believe that is a breach of privacy and HIPAA isn't it!??? You will be hearing from an attorney!!!!

So to start off the Redwood centre is right on a bus stop. Today me and my little brother were at the fair grounds and walking home. He started showing the typical signs of heat exhaustion. Keep in mind my little brother is 14 and about to pass out from the heat. The old man and women that I assume own the property came out and got in my face And my little brother and his underage friends. He starts yelling that it's private property getting first in my little brother's face because he tried to explain that he was feeling like shit. And about 30 minutes prior when we were on our way to the fairgrounds which, we weren't there very long because it was so hot, we had stopped to get something to drink from the market and for me to see about a job at the Lucky Duck. Now while I was in the lucky duck seeing about a job, there was a lady right next door to the business that came out and was very rude. My little brother and his friends because they were on their scooters. And then when I politely asked her not to be yelling at my little brother and his friends, I got yelled at and told that I was screaming and yelling at an older man when I never was. These guys are a bunch of bigots and let tweakers sleep in their self-storage units. I would not feel safe keeping my stuff in that unit for the fact alone that there are tweaker standing there because I wouldn't trust my stuff safety. I advise that nobody go here. There are as many other better bigger self storageages in the area.

Nice new indoor units, friendly helpful staff, but only open till 7:00p.m. really, hopefully you're not trying to move after work!!!!

Had a bad experience pestside were being sprayed while customers were present that are toxic and manager has a other side of him that yells and is rude to some of the customers I will be ending my business with them very soon not happy withwhat had been taking place there
