The owner of this place is very unprofessional and extremely rude. My wife and I spend hundreds of dollars here on a regular basis and I wouldn't even so much as look in the direction of this establishment again. Not only did he try to over charge my wife twice in the same 20 minutes by ringing up items more than once.( on two separate transactions) and then arguing that he didn't do it and was still insisting that we don't know how to add simple math. But I noticed an elderly couple struggling to park their vehicle as their steering column broke. The wife agreed that I should help them and the owner told us that we had to leave and we weren't allowed to help them. He wouldn't be patient enough to let me use my AAA to get them towed off of his property. I had to pull them off of the property so they weren't going to be harassed by him too. I understand he may have bad experiences with people loitering and or being a nuisance, but we were paying customers and had spent almost 100 bucks during this incident and he was still very unreasonable. Do not support this business. The guy is a very judgemental and rude person who doesn't deserve anyone's support. He won't have ours. The owner of This place is an absolute joke.

Almost never ceases to be super busy! On the other hand, I am so pleased to see that it seems like they finally cracked down on loiters on the premises!! Much more pleasant to go to now in my opinion

The workers who assisted me yesterday, Tuesday, are excellent, pleasant and friendly. I was well attended to. I like the excellent service I received from the 7-Eleven workers. ???

I've been wanting to know when .winter wonderland mocha will be available for grants pass Oregon store.they call it .peppermint bark..now.last year the store ran out b4 Christmas last year 2022 and is still out now in 2023?! Please stock this delicious treat .it's the best!! Happy holidays!God bless us all!!

I usually really like 711 because it is one of the stores in Grants Pass that I know carries Umpqua chocolate milk . However, for over a month now they have been almost completely out of every selection of Umpqua milk. I asked the cashier what was going on but he said he didn't know on account of it was only his 2nd day on the job.

Rude staff manager screams and swears at employees in front of customers and so many junkies all the time and always cops there. Some people don't even feel safe coming in to shop.
