“My husband and I were traveling in WA and OR, with our travel trailer. While on hwy 18 in OR, one if our leaf springs broke on the travel trailer. We tried to get someone, through our insurance company, to get us off the road and to a safe place. It just was a complicated situation, Jeff Warnicke was our star and angel that got us back on the road. He kept in touch with us and was able to get a new leaf spring (with the help of his wife, Susan) and put us back on the road. Jeff knew what to do and went above and beyond the call of duty for us.
