3 people waiting in line with the manager in back playing on her phone. I raised my voice to say “Little help at the front, please!” She came out and scolded me for hollering. Rude, slow, and abrasive service.

This store looks like a hurricane hit it. Random merchandise scattered throughout the store, other items sitting in isles, waiting to be stocked. I have been shopping here for several years, but it looks like it's getting worse. The staff are very friendly, but I can tell they are overworked and understaffed about one out of three visits. The items that I came to bye were not in stock a lot of empty shelves from time to time.

There are really getting dedicated to restocking as quickly as possible. That's great. Some of the employees truly can make your day, so pleasant and helpful. For instance, Gage; I believe he is one of the managers, he is bright and cherry. His personality makes it easy to ask a question and know he will help the best he can! Shana is another employee that really will take time to help. If an elderly customer needs some help shopping she will take time to help them. Willingly and with warmth and compassion. Wonderful people like this deserve a shout out for being Great Humans! Thank you. Your appreciated!

The cashier adds two bag fees (10 cents) to every customer. I was standing in line during the rafting season and watched him charge every customer two bag fees on the little mini register screen. Most customers getting one or two items do not get a receipt so they do not notice. I asked for a refund on my 10 cents out of principle but the company and /or the employee is stealing from every customer. Also, I know this is a petty complaint but stealing/scamming is black and white in this case. Clearly, I am still upset to write about 10 cents a month after the fact!For management/owner purposes, I was there after 6 on 08/20&21.

When checking out, Sharna’ was very efficient and nice. She deserves a raise as she is definitely an asset of your store! Also, I live in Rogue River, but prefer to shop at the Gold Hill store. Their products are always on the shelves making it easy for customers. Thanks Sharna’. 😎

Arrived to pick up online order to be told Nope ever seen it.. still charged my card and the app said it was being prepared. I will go without before I go to this store again. Dollar Store online ordering is a waste of time and cost me extra money.
