I shopped at breeze botanicals for over 7 years, nearly every week. No longer. Find another place that supports organics.
Used to recommend breeze to everyone for anything from their needed canabis or spices and just a good spot to vibe. Breeze Botanicald *USED* to be a great spot to buy not just for your medical and recreational buds, they have some of the best homeopathic tinctures and spices for price point.
Now, all they have to offer is a lackluster service with a bad attitude, low selections of stock, they do not appropriately lable and categorize their CBD vs THC strains and no longer care about the product knowledge or atmosphere of the culture. They can't keep people long enough to run the store fronts and production facilities and the replacements are just rude.
If you're like me and need organic cannabis, find out the names of your favorite farms then go to other places to buy your cannabis.
Replying to Breeze Botanicals:
This is why the quality of your store is falling. You are literally asking the customers to do your job for you.
Why should I have to give you every single detail of my visit when the actions needed pertains to more than just my complaints?
You should be in your store correcting the problems that your neglect has created. Your response has only guaranteed that I will take my business elsewhere. As a once loyal customer, I voiced my concerns and comments to the staff directly. The fact that I am only now being heard, and only due to the fact that I am on a forum that you can't ignore; shows how far Breeze Botanicals has fallen. When your business inevitably fails do not blame your dissatisfied customers, just remember it was your choice to be an absentee owner.

Thank you breeze I love this place amazing people, amazing service, plus it's literally, a one stop shop for all your herbal needs. I want to give a special thanks to Robert and his loud expressive shirts, and costumer service. One thing I love about breeze is it's not just a pot store and they aren't just merchant's. They are my friends.

After viewing their menu online I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived my order was ready and the tender even brought it to the car for me. Everything in my order was correct and we concluded our transaction quickly. Very efficient!

I've been shopping with Breeze Botanicals for a few years now. Their products are excellent and their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
