I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I’ve been a dropped call around the 30 minute mark so I’m very frustrated! Is it that hard to pick up the phone? Is it impossible to find a good pharmacy these days??

This place could not be more incompetent. I am on my 4th time of them not filling my daily medications in time because their auto-refill system wants me to go 40 days on a 30 day Rx. They also either don’t order enough, aren’t open for literal days after they fill it and it then cannot be transferred to another store so I literally cannot do anything about getting it. Auto-refills don’t work most of the time and when they do they constantly send them to my old address. This place is literally going to kill/harm someone by forcing them to go without DAILY medications, and what they are doing is full blown medical malpractice and abuse. I am going to contact a lawyer so I don’t have to end up in the ER every month because a pharmacy refuses to act like a pharmacy.DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE, OR AT WALGREENS AT ALL!!…it will genuinely be the worst medical decision of your life. I just don’t currently have it in me to contact my insurance about switching pharmacies…which is something that I shouldn’t be forced to have to do, to have my most basic medical needs addressed in a normal, sensible fashion.

Dude...this pharmacy is an absolute JOKE. Truly. I cannot even fathom why I continue to go back here. It's fair to argue they're short staffed and that's fine...but the staff that does work there is incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. I have always been nothing but pleasant each time I've gone in, and I'm met with an attitude problem. Getting anybody on the phone here is nearly impossible. For months we were going here to try to pick up my husband's medications. When we provided secondary insurance information these people would look us dead in the eyes and say "Sorry, your insurance is rejecting it." But they could never tell us why. Frustrated each time, we just paid the copay and got reimbursed on the back-end. Most recently, I went in and a tech there told me "We've NEVER billed secondary insurance unless you're on X or Y platform" and so I asked her "So...when I've given secondary insurance each time why did nobody tell me this?" Literally...dozens of times. In general, medications take forever here. Like I said - that's fine if it's due to staffing issues but when you say a prescription is ready online...PLEASE have that be accurate. I dropped off a physical script and was told it would be ready at 11. When I got there at 11, they were absolutely bewildered that I showed up at 11 expecting it. Another pretty concerning issue is my husband was prescribed a medication that was under no circumstances supposed to be paired with one of his current medications - it was such a bad combo that he ended up passing out and being taken by ambulance to the ER. I would say 9/10 times here and mostly in the drive-thru, I've gotten new prescriptions where I haven't been consulted. I know I can be my own advocate, but if your records don't show it's a new prescription...then what else is wrong? Like I said - I understand if a place is short staffed. Nothing is going as it should right now in the world. But don't make promises and provide unrealistic expectations, and definitely don't be an asshole to the people who just need medication.

Horrible customer service. I called for an update on my RX, was put on hold multiple times, waited on the line for over an hour just to be told they're four days behind and i'm SOL. They made me feel like it was insane that I wanted to pick up a prescription called in the same day. I ended up going to another local walgreens, so much better, just avoid this one.

Really unreliable service due to staffing shortages. Pharmacy hours changed with no notification, or closed entirely. Very frustrating that we can never count on being able to pick up basic, necessary medications.

When I started HRT as a trans man I first went here, they never took my insurance but I could pay the price so I did. They never told me that they had a discount for trans people on HRT, I found that out after I switched pharmacies! They put my preferred name into their system but never used it, constantly deadnamed and misgendered. It seems like they never understood why I was picking up testosterone. The employees there are either rude or seem so sad to be there. Needless to say I switched pharmacies after getting sick of the weird wait times, unorganized pharmacy, and always feeling bad about going to pick up my medication, never a fun experience there.

People are really nice but the pharmacist is not reliable with getting prescriptions filled, I get text confirmations that it's ready for pick up, I go. There's always a reason or an excuse and a pleasant apology, but I do not have the time to make the trip there, wait in line, then the frustration, over and over.

I’m a college student and I work, both full time. I went tonight to get my medication that I need to help keep me from getting sick and the pharmacists couldn’t be bothered to turn on the intercom even and tell me I couldn’t get the medication. She yelled everything through glass. (Lucky I can hear). A medication that again is supposed to help keep me from getting sick.If there was an ability to rate this a 0, I would in a heart beat.

I keep getting messages from them telling me one thing and then five minutes later another message telling me something the opposite. This is the worst Walgreen’s I have ever dealt with in my life, their website is antiquated and never up-to-date! Seriously thinking of switching to Rite Aid pharmacy. Rite Aid his father away and not convenient but I don’t need the aggravation that I seem to get every time I need a prescription filled at this Walgreens!

My wife needed pain medications. The doctor sent in her prescription at 9:00am. When she called at 9:30am she was told by their system that her medication would be ready at 11:00am. She was also informed they were open. When she got there at 3:00pm, the photo included us what was waiting for her.
