The service guy waited until _after_ my car had been taken back to say that instead of the simple ~1 hour oil change service I scheduled, it was really important that they fix a (known) problem in my engine and it would mean keeping my car for three days. My appointment was scheduled ahead of time. They could have called/texted in advance to ask if I was able to leave my car for days. They could have given me time to make arrangements. Instead they all but refused to just give me my car back, and sent me to a terribly-managed car rental instead. I will not be returning to this location for future maintenance or repairs.

We've purchased two 2023 RAV4s here since December 2022. We are still waiting for the second key fob for both RAV4s. I've reached out to the dealership multiple times and have received absolutely 0 information about when to expect a key other than "later." The dealership also tried to overcharge me for an add-on after agreeing to a price via text. They only reversed the charge when I showed them my texts and nearly walked away from the deal. Overall, I've had much better experiences at other local Toyota dealerships.

This service department might be the worst I've ever experienced.I started with Mike (who is no longer there). He charged me 1250$ to fix tire rubbing...and it did absolutely nothing. In fact, in going to another Toyota dealership, they communicated the leveling kit installed was senseless and wouldnt have ever addressed the problem. Then there's Kyle. Possible the worst customer service experience ever. A - you can't get him to respond to anything, and B - he doesn't follow through with anything...really great combination.I've moved on to another Toyota dealership at this point And they are spectacular. Move on - plenty of other options around. This place is a bit of a scam.

Just blew my first royalty check on a Tacoma and it was NOT worth it. Cassie was Awesome as a saleswoman, but it turned out that they sold me a lemon. The truck failed straight out of the dealership. We had to take it back 4 times for repairs and it is still not fixed. I do not recommend this dealership.

I've been coming here for 6 years, bought 6 cars here and the last three service visits have destroyed that relationship. Third to last visit. The oil change took 3 hours. They did comp it, but I'm still out the time. Second to last visit. The oil change only took an hour, but the price doubled. Boo!Last visit. Came in on a coupon and the oil change ended up taking 3 hours again. Done with these jokers!

I was looking for a nicely used Toyota. Mainly because Toyotas hold their value and they've been around for 85 years. You don't stay in business that long by not doing well by your customers. I had a specific price range & model in mind. I looked on their website and was able to find what I was looking for. I added my information and not even 5 minutes in I got a call from Patrick a sales guy. He asked what I was looking for etc. with what I gave him I said I'd come down. I stopped in about 2:15PM. Checked the lot, found a car I wanted to purchase and worked on a paperwork. I was set on what I would put down cash wise. Nothing more! Patrick was able to get my vehicle financed and ready before 5:30PM. The application process is pretty easy. They provide you with an accurate credit score- as Credit Karma was not on top of it. We bought a nicely used 2016 Toyota Camry for what I feel was a fair price. As well as a warranty & free maintenance for the entire year! Emily did our paperwork and she was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend returning as they are fair and they do not hassle you. They also don't LIE! I've had bad experiences with dealerships- I'll put them on blast AUDI of Wilsonville who lie and are absolutely not honest- more concerned with selling a car & lining their pockets! Patrick made it clear they want good business and they don't want customers leaving unhappy. They want returning customers! I didn't leave at all feeling the way Audi made me feel! Thanks again Toyota of Gladstone!

Made an appointment over 2 weeks ago for an oil change. Was quoted a wait time of 1.5 hours when I arrived on time for my appointment. Long story short it took 4 and a half hours for a frickin oil change! I get stuff happens and you're busy but so are your customers. If you just leveled with me from the start and said 4-5 hours I could have worked around that. You've lost another customer. People if you're looking for a Toyota dealership, keep looking. The other negative reviews are spot on. This place sucks!

I took my prius and tacoma here for a couple of years during the pandemic. They were consistently a disorganized mess and unfriendly but got the job done to my satisfaction. Typical experience: show up for an appointment, and wonder around aimlessly looking for someone to help you. After getting bounced around a couple of times, you're told to go sit down and wait. They never notify you when the service is done, you have to "guess", and then you have the daunting task of finding someone to get you checked out. Half the time the person who (eventually) helped you initially is no longer there, and nobody else seems motivated to help you. The other half of the time you do find the person who helped you initially but get scolded that you should have gone to some other person to get checked out (whom we've never met lol). They're logistically a hot mess. But they always got done with my vehicles efficiently and seemed to do a good job. While in saner times the above would have resulted in immediately losing a customer, that actually qualified as good service in those nutty times.Since then though I've had to give up on them, and not even really by choice. Why? Over the span of a couple of months (last year) I could not actually contact them. Tried calling the dealership several times (forwarded to voicemail which they don't check). Tried to do it online a couple of times where a chat-app wastes about 15 min of your time before getting "stuck" and also not resulting in an appt getting booked. So to me they are now a non-entity. What do you call a car dealership which you can't actually contact? I call them Closed.

Wonderful service all around and our sales associate Cassie worked incredibly efficient, in fact every person involved contributed to an overall enjoyable experience. Thank you so much for a pleasurable time. Buying my Tundra from the Gladstone dealership was the best time I ever had making a big purchase! no joke!

If you come here for something as simple as an oil change... bring a sleeping bag. Almost three hours for a simple oil change. I bought my Tacoma here but I'll never come back.I have to edit my review, because Scott and service was so damn nice I'll definitely bring my Tacoma back for service. Thanks Scott!

Made appt for oil change. Waited 2 hours after they took it in. Finally the advisor advised me they ran out of oil. He was apologetic and didn't offer me any compensation, just a car wash ticket. Made appt for basic oil change for my daughters car. They quoted $99. I asked for a discount. The advisor said no. I asked to talk to service Mgr. Got connected to vm. Left message. No response. Next day left another message. No response. Called again the receptionist said she would leave a note. My daughter took it to another place. No need to waste Toyotas time or $ anymore. They lost a customer and referrals.

I brought my truck in for 100k service work, with a specific list of needs (I keep a running list of what I need done based on owners manual). They did the work in an acceptable manner (and customer service was good), but of course when I picked my truck they had a long list of other work that should be done! This is pretty typical for dealer servicing (and annoying because frequently they list work that is not immediate). For future use, I decided to get prices for the work they listed with a local shop (that I probably should have used for initial work but they were out a week). In comparison, this dealership was significantly more expensive.....like 50% more! I should have known better to have gone to this dealership in the first place! So lesson learned! Find yourself a good private shop and stay away from this dealer unless you have money to burn!

I called to ask what the process was for purchasing a lease. The person on the phone told me "you just need to come in and sign some paperwork." Six hours later I finally get to leave the dealership. Throughout the process they pressured me into upgrading to a newer lease instead of purchasing the one I already had. When I get the bill for the upgraded car it was over $50 more per month than I remembered negotiating. This should be illegal. Deceitful at best. stay far away.
