“During the busy holiday season, I needed to send a very fragile ceramic Disney Christmas decoration to my brothers in Southern California. Let me tell you that the employees at the West Linn UPS Store carefully wrapped each fragile part of the item with extreme care. Although I had to pay for special care packaging, it was well worth it, just knowing that it would arrive unbroken. My brothers were very happy in receiving the item, and we all joked about how it took them 30 minutes just to unwrap it! Thanks to ALL of the UPS employees who took the time to make sure my brother's Christmas present was received in one piece!!!”
“I have had Matt from Portland shrink wrap our Boat two years in a row now and dealing with Matt is just like I have known him for years very friendly and passionate about his work. The first time I was very nervous of how it was going to be after sitting all winter in the PNW. When we opened it up in spring it was just like we had put it in a shop and not exposed to the elements. That’s when I knew Portland shrink warp was going to be taking care of my boat moving forward each year. “Great customer service. I needed passport pictures for my 5 yo, who refused to cooperate for 30 minutes. Joseph and Lance were extremely patient, positive, and supportive. They also knew how to print them with different sizes, so I was able to get pictures for both US and Spanish passports.

“Despite some of the poor reviews I’ve always had a good experience here. Staff has been cordial and efficient. The lines can sometimes get long if there’s only one worker and I wish it was a little bigger inside since it can get crowded if people are trying to prepare packages in the same place people are trying to line up.”
