I sm alway greeted with smiles more like a fsmily than just a store. All the employees are helpful and pleasant. Latest the deli we are sick but needed chicken I called asked Missy if she could package up our dinner. She said of course and took great care if us so we did not take a chance to get the whole store sick. Gladstone employees are the best of all.

I really want to like this store. I've been shopping there since I was a little kid. So have both of my parents. Some workers there are nice and helpful but the store director Jessica is very very rude! I've heard her cuss out other staff. I may have to just stop shopping there. I hope to God she leaves then I'll raise my review.

Their Deli has more hot items than FM, folks are quicker to serve as well.
A few more sugar free items to choose from too.

Best customer service I've gotten from a grocery store in a very long time!! They were short staffed and I had to ask for help with reaching something on top shelf, then to unlock a couple batteries and then for something on receipt. I didn't catch her name but she couldn't have been nicer. I came back 15 minutes before they closed and she checked us out, and well she still had a nice smile on her face and you could tell she was having a hard day. Still one of the best Safeways to shop at in my opinion.

I don't like that there's not a butcher.
They need better scooters.
But almost everybody is super friendly.

This sweetest girl ever named sarah made my pink drink with sweet cold foam on top. It was the best pink drink I’ve ever had and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be coming back!
