Had a great experience at Ron Tonkin this morning. My husband and I are on a very strict budget at the moment, while I’m changing careers, and are doing the bare minimum of service needed to keep our cars running, at the moment. The woman checking me in, Jennifer Lopez, made me aware of both a service option and a payment option which I did not know about, saving me a lot of time and money today. Thank you for hiring such a pleasant person who went out of her way to help me. So many car dealership employees just brush women aside. It was refreshing to get a good one.
I hope that I get Jennifer the next time that I’m here!

Geoff checked my car in and proceeded with my requested service in a very timely manner and then Janette checked my car out. Everything was completed and my car came back much cleaner than when I brought it in. Quick, easy and efficient with personalized service.

We began looking at a couple different Kia models online and reached out to a few dealerships over a few week period. We emailed with sales representative Jake Ryan at Ron Tonkin during this time with questions, pricing breakdowns, and trade-in values. Jake was very responsive and informative. We ultimately purchased a new Kia Sorento X-Line and received overall top notch service.

Great experience purchasing our new vehicle! Both Jared and Breeze made us feel so welcome and like we were part of the Ron Tonkin family. They fun to talk too and it didn’t make it us feel pressured at all. They taught me lots of cool functions my new car does. Jared was super knowledgeable in Kia’s which was great. We would definitely buy another car from Ron Tonkin Kia!

Brought my 2022 Kia Niro in for 30,000 mile service. Had downloaded several coupons that came from Tonkin Kia. Service Advisor, Christian Duncan, matched coupons with the services I needed to get me the biggest discount. Explained everything that needed to be done always giving me the choice to decide what I wanted to do. No pressure from him at all. Very professional. Overall, service experience was very good.

I have bought a used car here and currently have my Kia serviced here. Both experiences were good - nice people, not a lot of sales shenanigans, knowledgeable and friendly service people for my car's maintenance. Super cool to my little dog who always accompanies me.
