LOVE this place! Just out of the way enough of Portland to not be overpriced or fussy. If you want a super salon experience, with lots of foof, or aromatherapy and pampering, forget it. If you want to sit in a chair and gossip for two hours with a really great lady, who remembers you with a nickname she gives you based on your interests, this is the place to go! It totally has that small-town charm and fun! She's so fantastic, super SUPER affordable - I felt like I was stealing when she gave me the total for my cut, color, and blow dry. Really! Cash only - bring your cash and tip well. She's totally worth it.
