After a couple poor experiences with a major appliance retailer in the area I switched to using Hamilton's Appliance. They make sure you're paying the lowest price by searching the Internet. Service is excellent, been my go to for any new purchase. I highly recommend them.

Hamilton's Appliance
Their customer service was poor. We purchased a LG refrigerator from them during covid 2020 had to wait 8 weeks which they had our money. Finally delivery scheduled the driver was rude and told us either you take it or we will leave right now. Taking off the plastic packaging the same driver got defensive. After they left we settled for a damaged door on the refrigerator. Today 10.21.2024 the refrigerator is no longer working. I would not recommend this business.

Martin was very helpful and informative during the sales process. We were looking for and purchased a nice GE freezer to complete the process. We were concerned we would loose our stored freezer food in an appliance that was 27 years old and beginning to fail before we would receive the new one. Martin offered to come out personally to deliver our new freezer himself the same night, easing our fears. Above and beyond the call of duty! Excellent customer care and service. Thank you Martin and Hamilton's appliances.

Hamilton's is an outstanding place to purchase appliances. Yesterday my upright freezer died after a very long life. Through a combination of an excellent website that provided all available purchase options (clearly explained) and an outstanding instore sales staff, I was able to have all of my questions answered, satisfactory delivery set up, and my problem solved. I never felt rushed or as if my questions were unimportant. This is my second appliance purchase from Hamilton's in the last two months (I replaced a dishwasher in July). The ease of purchase and customer service for the dishwasher was just as outstanding. They are the best place to purchase appliances and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Start to finish it was a great experience! Carla on the phone was helpful, friendly and informative. Rene the delivery/ installer was courteous, efficient and precise. All this for the same price as Home Depot! I'm glad I found them.

They are easy to work with, have fair pricing and are not only reliable, but stand behind any warranty issues that come up. We have bought appliances from Hamiltons for over 25 years and will go no where else. They carry solid brands, know them and can speak to their attributes authoritatively. Thry listen so well to all our questions snd answereach and every one of them
. Install team is beyond fantastic. Old school customer service from start to finish. Do not be scared by their physical size, they have weeded out all the junk and only sell the best.

We purchased a Jenn-air range from Hamiltons in July 2024. Everything’s from start to finish was fantastic. Lowest price in the area, wonderful customer service, and even set up our installation service with a Jenn-air certified installer so we get an additional year of warranty. We have purchased all of our appliances here for the last 20 years. Highly recommend.

We received a recommendation from our daughter to shop Hamilton's. First experience purchasing from this company, We went out of our way to check out washers and dryers. We weren't disappointed. Martin our sales person was knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommend this business.

One short word…WOW! Friday afternoon we realized our refrigerator/freezer had died and we needed to replace it immediately. Understanding it would be difficult to find the perfect replacement without a long order process, we went into Hamilton’s to see if they could help. When greeted upon entering, we said, “We’ve got a big problem” and the response was “Well, we’re here to fix it!” And they did. Within 3 hours, a new refrigerator was delivered and installed in our kitchen! Talk about customer service! We not only got a wonderful deal on a new refrigerator, but we went back the next day and ended up buying a range, dishwasher and microwave/hood combo also at amazing prices. The buying experience itself was wonderful, both the General Manager Chris and Owner Ryan could not have made us feel more welcome, more comfortable, or more appreciated as customers. Bottom line…don’t be swayed by the “big box” store hype…support local, smaller businesses like Hamilton’s that really appreciate their customers and provide exceptional service simply because they honestly CARE!
