Dan helped me get a car super quickly , made this whole process very easy for a first time buyer. I think what made it so easy was how proactive and professional he was. He communicated promptly and answered all my questions.
I’d also like to compliment the rest of the staff that were there as well for their support with answering my questions as a first time buyer. I’m happy I received them as a suggested place of business from a friend.

Two stars are for Twilight (Colton, an absolute gem and new) and atmosphere is super kid friendly.
* Tried to look at a total of 5 vehicles. Shown 2 I didn't want to look at.
* Aggressive Sales Tactics & Predatory Lending Practices: Bryan(t?) Bubbles (sales manager, looks like him from trailer park boys without glasses) pressured the customer into considering a cheap but costly Lexus due to issues. (My credit score was about 50 points higher than they said it was)
Wasn't provided accurate information on cool down period (there isn't one) until after signing pages (2nd time buying a car without my daddy holding my hand, amd it shows. Previous time they refused to let me sign until AFTER they knew I fully understood the page(s). Weird AK is better at it than y'all.)
* Vehicle Issues: The Lexus had several problems; steering issues, a damaged key fob, catalyst, oxygen sensor and oxygen sensor heater bad but no check engine light/codes
* Lack of Customer Service: Concerns initially dismissed or straight lied to about. A week long ordeal which resulted in feeling like I was held hostage/couldn't return rig after loan was (purposefully) denied. Bubbles can not grasp time constraints being a thing at their dealership. Bubbles also needs to work on not saying the quiet part out loud.
Had credit ran a 2nd time (I then locked it so they couldn't run it a 3rd or more time w/o my expressed and not implied consent) to try to keep me with the Lexus.

I am so sad to come here and make a review like this. I was happy with the initial customer service, but I was sold a car that the transmission is going out and I had noticed the issue upon test drive and was told it was normal with that model. After driving it for two months the problem got worse and worse and it was in fact a transmission issue. Now I have been given the run around trying to solve this issue. I have taken it into the service department and was told to take it to another one an hr from me (which is booked out at least a month) after waiting for a diagnosis and not getting any answers other than, you're right it has a transmission issue. Being that I didn't even have this car for three months it's very disheartening. I came here with very high hopes. Dick hannah, belive in nice. Right? I truly hope they make this right, if and when they do I will update this review to let yall know how it goes.

Dick says yes Gladstone is the worse. Sale team here has no desire to sell a car. They couldn’t sell me the car I wanted. I ended up going to the Vancouver location and got the car that same day. No problems at all. On the same car they said the payments would be to high for me. They gave me the best deal. So if you need a car I recommend going to the Vancouver location.

I had an amazing experience here.
I was able to sign for a brand new 2024 vehicle and I couldn't have been more surprised or thrilled with the experience with the 3 who worked with me - Liam on the phones, Steve as my sales consultant, and Jason as the closing manager!
They stayed late to sign the papers, made sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase and were very friendly as well!
