“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”
“I Started taking my cars to Bridgetown some time ago and so far have taken 4 of my cars there for minor to major paint work. I have a collection that I'm working to get perfected one at a time. His insurance company (State Farm) listed International Collision Repair as a recommended shop, so we went with them. We are so glad we did. Literally from the first contact with them through the day we picked up our repaired car, they were a pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, transparent with every aspect of their work and the charges, and on and on. “I backed into something and broke the tail light on my truck. They said to bring it by at 10 today and they'd replace the light and buff out a small scratch while I waited; said it should only take about 30 minutes. I handed them the keys at 10 sharp, it was done 22 minutes later. Tail light replaced, buffed out a small scratch in the paint and put a little touch up paint on to keep it from rusting. A repair place that does what they said, when they said, for the price quoted and does it quicker than they estimated... and did a perfect job. Unbelievable.”

My husband and I are on a very strict budget at the moment, while I’m changing careers, and are doing the bare minimum of service needed to keep our cars running, at the moment. The woman checking me in, Jennifer Lopez, made me aware of both a service option and a payment option which I did not know about, saving me a lot of time and money today.
