We had a couple reservations about a truck we were looking at, so I had the sales rep write a clause into our purchase agreement, giving us 10 days to have it inspected by our own mechanic. We scheduled it with our mechanic for later in the week, and on day three, the fuel line blew while my husband was driving it- spewing diesel fuel all over the truck and highway! He drove it straight to our mechanic, who said it was a hazard to even have on his lot- and recommended NOT going through with the purchase. Not only did they try and talk our mechanic into fixing it so they could "force us" to keep it (after we called and said there's no way we would buy it in this condition), but he kept our downpayment to pay for the piece of junk to be towed back to the dealership! When we called them about them giving us our money back, based on our agreement, the owner said he would refund only the difference it took to fix and tow, since they had to pick it up just south of Salem. THIS WAS NOT THE ARRANGEMENT WE MADE! We are now out over $1,000 from this whole ordeal. Oh... and almost 3 months later, still waiting for our "difference" check! These people are completely dishonest, and lack any kind of integrity, responsibility to the consumer, or good business practice. STEER CLEAR!

The nightmare from hell ...The owner of this place sold me a car and knew the transmission was going out..He would not let me return the car and get my money back..I don't understand why the BBB still has this place running

Went in to look at a rig we saw online. Adam was awesome! No B.S., just let us check it out answered our questions, and gave us his best pricing up front, no haggling, no games! Very happy, would most definitely recommend this dealership, and Adam in particular. Great car buying experience! Thanks Adam!

Recently updated..... So my 2 friends and I who have all purchased a car from here and all have gotten ran over and filled with lies are all screwed. Chris is a lier and you definitely need to watch this place. Selling people a dream is exactly what goes on here. Not one person from this dealership has even tried to make things better. As long your paying there pockets to keep the business going that all that matters. Trust me Everytime you communicate with these people text or email it because you will need it in the long run. It seems great now but I would live to see what your saying in the next month or two. Word or mouth is everything and I tell you what I wish I would or read these comments before I would of took my money else where

Best Dealership around literally went to the moon and back to get me the truck I've always wanted if I could give 10 stars I would. Adam is a great guy super friendly and easy to work with. AND NOT PUSHY if it's not what you want he won't try to talk you into it.

First time buyer. I was recommended to them by another dealer and when I arrived I found a great selection and the prices are more than fair. As they go off the blue book. The staff are straight forward and are very helpful. Especially if you are with them. They are quick and fast with great service. 5 Stars
