Kevin was awesome and patient with all my questions and concerns. Was able to drop off all my paperwork and have my taxes done today n a couple of days. Went in to discuss any changes I should make to my claiming and sign paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Quick easy and stress free!

I haven't done my taxes there but I witnessed something today that I didn't like. A confrontation between 3 of the women there and a parent who parked his car on the side off the parking lot while he waited for the school bus. These ladies were extremely rude to all of the parents there that weren't even involved including me. They took photos of everyone and called the cops, mind you they were on the sidewalk on public property. Then took pictures of my car as I drove away and threatened to call the cops because I had said they were being rude. I will never do my taxes there.

I have always had great service from A-1. They find legal deductions that I never would have discovered on my own. Regarding the complaint about people working there being rude to people parking there while waiting for the schools....uh, maybe consider parking in a bonafide legal parking area? I know the area that the complainant is speaking of and anyone who parks there risks getting a ticket or towed. Another option would be arranging a car pool and driving the kids to school.

I have been with Carol Anderson for many, many years now (20?) and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. She has always given me solid advice and has taken the time to educate me over the years on how to maximize my deductions as my life has gone through its many transitions. She truly wants the best for her clients - it is not just a job to her. The support staff and others are very friendly and helpful. 5++ stars to this wonderful group!

I have referred Lynda and her Office to numerous people. I would never do that if I didn't have the upmost trust and confidence in a person. Lynda is wonderful, she treats you like a good friend, she works her hardest to get you the most for your return, and your money. My husband and I trust her with one of the most stressful things a person has to do. She is effecient, very knowledgeable, and explains the tax laws, and changes in a way that makes me feel so confident in her ability. She knows the tax laws inside and out, and her understanding of them is incredible. She is a valuable asset to us!
