If you want internet installed this century, I’d try elsewhere. Very uncommunicative once you sign the contract. They leave you hanging with no dates or follow-up or call backs. It’s been months. So irritated with this place.

The worst internet I have had. The people were so difficult to work with. I would avoid if possible!-----Update August 2023-----If they would let me out of this contract I would gladly remove the review and switch back to T-Mobile wireless internet. T-Mobiles internet in my area worked flawlessly.Datavision on the other hand constantly slows and glitches while streaming tv Netflix etc.!I rented their equipment. When I told them about the problems they told me to buy my own equipment ugh!

The installers are professional and helpful, the office staff is too and very friendly the service has worked perfect from the first day not 1 problem except for when I forgot my password and they had my butt covered on that as well. I can’t say enough good about this company I have done business with for over 5 yrs.

I was always complaining of our cable company. A family member recommended Datavision, which I ended up switching to couple months ago. There's no more interruption while streaming or zoom meetings. Not sure why we didn't make the switch sooner.

Datavision is amazing. We switched from cable and got fiber optic and couldn’t be happier. There are never any interruptions to the service. If I ever need to call the office they are very responsive and helpful. I even called IT support on a Saturday once and they answered on the 1st ring and sent a technician out right away which shocked me. They go above and beyond.

Jeremy and Jason went out of their way to make sure our office installation went as planned. Anytime we’ve needed a service call Data Vision has been quick to respond. We like working with a great local company.

We have Datavision landline and internet since 2017 . We never get interruptions . The speed of the internet is fantastic at reasonable rates . I will always recommend this business .

During a time when it's understandable that installers wouldn't want to enter homes, Datavision sent 2 of the most professional installation techs I've ever encountered. They installed everything through a window and it works beautifully. Having no internet during a quarantine isn't the end of the world but Datavision went way above and beyond to make this a time a bit easier for us. I am infinitely grateful and impressed.
