“Let me start with I wish I could give this company a 10 star rating. I bought a truck in Oregon and flew out to go pick it up thinking I'd be able to drive it home to Gilbert AZ. Upon arrival I found out that the truck was not road worthy and needed front end work a alignment and few other repairs. I was able to just drop my truck off after hours and fly home and they took care of everything. Ended up taking so much stress and anxiety off my shoulders. I had it shipped back to me to Arizona and Danielle went above and beyond to take care of coordination with the carrier to have it picked up and shipped out. I even tried to pay for my truck being stored there past the time it took to do the repairs in tell it could be shipped and was declined being able to pay any added fees. Which in all fairness they should have gotten. I can't say how amazing this experience was. My past experience with other shops has been so bad that I was always so skeptical. Now my faith in hard honest workers has been restored.”

“I just bought a new Kia Niro EX PHEV from Kia of Warrenton. This is a great car, and I got a very good price--under MRSP. I live 135 miles away in Washington State, and my salesperson, Mr. Baptiste, delivered the car to my home. I was searching online and ended up dealing with four different Kia dealers, and Kia of Warrenton gave me the best deal. I found the staff, especially Mr. Baptiste, to be responsive and helpful. There is room for improvement in explanation of some of the details involved in the purchasing of a new car, especially from outside Oregon, but I must also acknowledge that I should have done more research online in this sometimes-bewildering area before I went out to buy a new car. On the whole, I had a positive experience, and I hope Kia of Warrenton prospers.”

“I appreciate you but can you atleast fill the air in my tires instead of just putting on the new one.... driving it the door and leaving it at 20psi when it's supposed to be at 44psi i ended up filling it with my thingy in the car.... Extra 2 minutes goes a long way could of been a 5 star but 4 star! :)”

“I needed a repair of my 2014 Ford Escape and once again Astoria Ford did not let me down! They got me in quickly AND my customer service advisor, Chris Graf, was the best. Ask for him! I had shopped before going in and had food in a cooler in the back of my car. Without ice! I began to worry about it and was going to walk to Walmart to get ice and Chris said "I'll do it!" It was pouring rain. I was grateful! Of course, I offered to pay for the ice and he refused. Besides that nicety he kept me advised every step of the way. I didn't get to meet the service technicians, but I have no doubt they are just as helpful, and well qualified, as Chris. Kudos from a happy customer. Outstanding customer service!”

“At first dealing with the service department was not fun,not getting any answers I needed. Had To wait for parts, then they said would take 2 hours to do repairs ended up taking 4 hours. Got in the car and noticed it still wasn't fixed. Went back in and was helped by the assistant manager. She took care of me but had to order more parts. Then the service manager took care of me and made sure everything was taken care of.”
