This goes to the deli. Particularly the bigger younger caucasian guy working the deli. Terrible service and for that, I will go to the other Safeway in Hillsboro for business/service cause ya lost mine. Rude and if you don't like your job, MOVE ON!

**Okay store with awful PA system**.
The store itself is decent: good selection and variety. They do have an obnoxious loyalty program where you have to boot your phone and scan the sticker as you load it to get the actual sticker price. Or else you pay twice as much. But, like, the products themselves seem fine.
The main issue with this store is the PA system. It is unbelievably loud pop songs cut through even unbelievably louder advertisements. We have complained about this, and their response was to make it *louder*. We wear 35dB ear protectors designed for jackhammers on construction sites, and it is *not enough*.
I do not understand how a computer synth voice screaming about chicken pot pie and postage stamps on the threshold of actual pain helps anybody, let alone encourages people to shop here longer than necessary.
We will be shopping elsewhere, when possible.

Went in on Friday and gave the pharmacist two prescriptions to transfer and fill, he said they would be ready Monday
Wednesday I went in and found one was being filled off-site and the other one never made it into the system
Since I've had similar issues happen multiple times at multiple Safeway pharmacies this will be the last time I try to trust these liars

Worked here in 2021 as a cashier and courtesy clerk, it was a terrible experience to say the least, terrible staff and management in most of the department not all though, the bakery, deli, produce and dairy always did a good job. I would not recommend working here always short staffed long lines underpaying employees. However the store itself puts out good quality products although the prices are a bit steep for some. Overall in 2024 it seems to have improved a little but still I'd only come here to buy groceries or anything as a last resort.

Why don't you try to stop the thieves it would bring down grocery costs. You just let them walk out. You also need to work on the customer service skills of your employees. Need to help customers when they ask for it don't just ignore them.

Rotten food from the produce section visible as soon as I cut into it, and rude self service check out people that don't even say so much as a word, but still expect you to have your ID out and waiting on them. Spending the extra time and gas to drive to the Cornelius Walmart is getting more attractive by the day.

A couple weeks ago i was in to get some meat that was on sale but non was cut or wrapped,Tani in the meat dept was amazing she came out grabbed what I needed slapped it wrapped it and was on top of it for me! Thank you Tani!
