Love working with Matt and his Agency. Matt and his people are always there to help answer questions and deliver the best customer service around! There have been several times in which I needed to contact road side service and Matt was always available to talk and then connect me to the service link, making my dilemma much more bearable.

I'm going to say this and not to hurt Matt's feelings or anybody else's but I dealt with isa and she is amazing she goes above and beyond what she really has to do she make sure us customers are satisfied and happy and with a smile on our face I think she needs you know a big pat on the back for being as cool as she is and understanding and going that extra mile for her customers you know like I said not trying to hurt nobody's feelings but you rock girl

I recently made the transition from Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho to Portland, Oregon on a whim and was met with a few obstacles; one being Renters Insurance!With a deadline to meet before I could move into my new place, I was required to find a renters insurance policy…After reading reviews and choosing to work with Farmers Insurance I was met with Isa, who did a fantastic job making sure not only my renter’s needs were met; but my own as well.In no time at all (5-10 minutes) I was met with a suitable policy that kept everything right on track.I would highly suggest on using Matt Elliot Insurance - Farmers & speaking with Isa for all of your insurance needs’.Thank you Isa, for all of your help.Your time is greatly appreciated!

I got a notice of non-renewal for homeowners because appraiser couldn’t find house (I know my house is in wrong place in all apps, but if you look at house numbers, I’m where I should be!).When I contacted Kacie at Matt Elliott’s, she was extremely helpful. We had many interactions, both email and phone, as she sorted out the problem— ending up by re-writing homeowners.She also noticed that my car insurance could be rewritten and has saved me nearly $800/year on that. Kacie was quick to respond, clear in all communications, and careful to follow up, even if just to tell me she was still waiting on documents.Over the 20 years I’ve used this office, service has be terrific, particularly by Mayra Roblero, and now by Kacie. Matt Elliott is good at explaining how best to meet our insurance needs without the pushy salesman attitude. He gives me good advice but let’s me make the decision on whether or not to follow his advice. I would NEVER look for another agent and highly recommend him if you need someone to work on YOUR behalf.
