I'm giving the FG NAPA store 5 ? because they have the ability to get paint - your preferred color - into a rattle can. And quickly, too.
Paint guy Billy (sorry, I'm pretty sure I got your name wrong) was also very good at chit-chat, quick tips, and expert advice.
Everyone was very professional and knew to refer to each other or to actual manuals on subjects they were not experts on. This is ideal, folks. As you know, Google is not always correct. Happy motoring!! ?

Update! 8-16-24
Had a small leak in my heater control valve, and needed a new transfer case shift motor. I called around. Lots of places. This Napa was the only one that had the valve in stock. Others said they did..but when I went to pick it up.. nope.. Napa had it, and had the shift motor ordered and ready for me in less than a day!. They honor veterans with a discount too! If you live in the area. Trust these guys to be efficient, fast, and honest. I know I do. Thank you Napa in Forest Grove for being top notch!
Very helpful and friendly staff. They answered my questions thoroughly. And even offered some great advice.

Place is under new management!!!Eli (main manager) got a really solid team working for this location. They all seem to care about the customers and minimum waiting around. Dustin (vice manager) did a great job ordering specific snow tire chains I wanted for my truck, and they arrived in a timely manner as promised for an upcoming trip I was stressing about.The chains came super tangled up from the manufacturer and after struggling for hrs at home and thinking it much be just the way they were made, I called the store back, and was told they would help make things right for me.Thankfully, Eli had the skill and patience to teach me how to detangle them and install.Aside from management, the rest of the employees were super friendly and easy going to talk to and answer other random questions I had.Thank you all for the 5 star service!

It was my first time visiting this place, and for sure, not the last.Very friendly staff, always willing to go extra mile with new customers I am surprised with this place, since I quit shopping at Hillsboro napa store long time ago because of their customersservice, but this new place has nothing to compare with Hillsboro store, there is a huge difference between the two places with a totally different customer service.I highly recommend this place for all autparts needs.
