I used the ATM early morning on 1/13/2024 and the ATM malfunctioned immediately after I inserted my card. I watched the screen cycle through various loading screens until it finally ended up on a "ATM OUT OF SERVICE" screen. I am now unable to add funds to an overdrawn account because the ATM ate my debit card and I won't be able to get it back from the branch until Tuesday. Machine may have shredded my card. I will never use this ATM again. Worst banking experience ever. *Update* Your comment claiming you provided customer service is false. MFCCU did not contact me. I called the Forest Grove location 1/17/24.

I went to FCCU in Forest Grove because I was so sick of Chase. You can never talk to a human at Chase! I worked with Shari Holland, the Branch Manager, who always solves all my problems. I moved my retirement savings there because I can ALWAYS talk to a human!! My dad has an account there now, too. Why? Because we can always walk in and talk to a human (kind, funny, conscientious humans to boot)!! I have never had a bad experience there and between Shari and Chelsee (investment services), complicated things get done right and fast!! Super impressed!

I've banked with Forest Grove FCCU for 12 years and have had only positive experiences. I have a personal and business account with them as well as a car loan and a refinanced mortgage. The staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended.

We opened an account for our company here, actually it’s several accounts. This credit union has dropped the ball over the last couple years every time we need them ( auto loans and business loans) but this finial one is the last time. We needed to apply for a business loan and we just simply can’t even get a call back to apply! Made several attempts to contact the branch manager, Laura C who if she actually calls back keeps saying she will have someone for headquarters call back….crickets for a month. Not sure what you need to do here to be considered a valuable customer. You would think pumping hundreds of thousands of dollars through their institution a year would be enough, guess not. As a business I would highly recommend you find a place that values your business and is eager to help out. If you’re like us you don’t have the time to waste and need a financial institution that understands this. We got funded elsewhere for all of these FYI

Drive up ATM always has problems. Most of my transactions are deposits and the ATM is either down for servicing or unavailable to deposit. I have tried different times during the day/evening and weekdays/weekend.

Messed up my ssn while applying for a auto loan and now I have to go through all these steps to fix it when they said I gave them the wrong ssn (which was the right one).

They have shared banking with the credit union I use, but apparently it's only on the outside atm so the turned me away when I wanted to come in to get my coins counted, and deposited(about $50 worth) Very rude, and petty.

Leaving another negative review. I had asked this bank to accurately spell my name on my card. They dropped the ball on this.I can't rely on this bank to do basic transactions, card name changes etc.I don't get results until after I bring up an issue and I always get the same response that they care about their customers.Their actions have shown that they don't.

Zero issues. Love the people. They know you by name. I like dealing with a small institution like this versus large banks like Chase, etc.

This place is the worst. When I first moved to the area my fiancé (now wife) tried to open an account but since all the bills were in my name, should couldn't "prove" her address. Even though she had mail in her name from the USPS (that's the federal government by the way) they denied her an account. I ended up opening up an account, even got my car loan through them. Today we went in to put her on my account and were told that they had to run a credit check to ad her. I've NEVER had a bank or credit union run my damn credit. It's not a loan, it's an account. So I told the teller that I'd be in next week to cancel everything I have with them. All I got as a response was a smile and an, "Ok".

First Community Credit Union of Forest Grove has provided me stellar service. Sheri Holland, bank manager has truly provided me patience, support and streamlining all my banking after my spouse passed away. I feel very fortunate to have had Sheri help me through a difficult time and always with grace and professionalism. Sincere thanks to Sheri and her wonderful stsff.

I have been a member of First Community Credit Union since they opened in Forest Grove. I've had auto loans, personal loans, checking, and savings. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. When events occur, as they will, that tweak my cheeks they have always been calm in explaining the issue to my satisfaction. After all, they are an institution that is federally and state regulated. I will continue banking at this wonderful institution, because of their service and friendliness. Darryl C.
