Dawn Robbins is absolutely fabulous!!! Not only does she have an amazing attitude, she is always ready to jump into action and get the job done! She helped me navigate through some incredibly tricky situations and didn't shy down to the challenge when other loan officers wouldn't or couldn't help. Her creative solution based approach is unmatched and she even connected me with other options to look into when that meant she would lose the sale and not make a dime to pass me off to another because if that was the best thing for me, that's what she wanted. We bought our very first house with the help of Dawn Robbins and Kristie Spurling. They are such warm and wonderful people.They went above and beyond service to make us feel comfortable by answering questions etc. We are very pleased, and I still consider us friends. I highly recommend Dawn and Kristie. They even follow through and call us from time to time making sure everything is going OK. They are the best.

After hitting several dead ends with other lenders due to owning a manufactured home and its age, my first phone call with Dawn solved all the issues I had run into. She was a lifesaver!! I was finally able to tap into the equity my home had built. Once the process got started both Dawn and Kristie (her amazing assistant) were on top of each step and always available for a quick question. The process went smoothly, even when I ended up with Covid, as a work around was quickly implemented. Would I recommend them for your needs? Absolutley YES!!

With out Dawn and her associate I wouldn’t have been able to put the roof I have today over my kiddo’s head! From a seller backing out to limited supply in the target area, She was unwavering in finding me the house of my desire. Regardless of my profusion of questions and pessimistic thinking, she was victorious a true champion of the industry!!!

Just an update, Dawn is no longer working for this company. She quit in the middle of our mortgage processing, and didn't bother to tell us, the realitors, or the title company. We had to hear from her supervisor. Every piece of information she gave us was wrong. She asked for twice as much documentation as was actually needed, and by the time we were aware of it, we were a week away from closing and had to resubmit EVERYTHING. It didn't matter. We received a call from the vice president of the company telling us our loan was cancelled because of an oversight with our cosigner. Everything could have been avoided in the beginning with clear communication and upfront information, but we were given the backhand. The seller walked away, everything fell through, and we are lucky we hadn't given notice to our current rental manager. Go somewhere else. Do not trust this company.

The best mortgage broker, hands down. I was recommended to use her - and I am so glad I did. I was completely lost when it came to refinancing my home, and Dawn was so patient and explained the whole process to me.Very professional - she knows her business! Very happy with the outcome, it was much better than I ever expected. Don't bother looking further, she is amazing.
