“It was only a few days until I was leaving for an annual trip I was really looking forward to and my truck was suddenly overheating! I looked up garages in the area and saw that Dom's had so many 5 star reviews (that weren't fake) so I took my truck in to see if Dom could help me out! I have spinal pain problems so my truck is really important for the drive I was taking as it has air-ride suspension. Dom wasn't sure if he could get it fixed in time, but he did! I was so grateful for his help and the ability to drive to the coast in my own vehicle, pain-free! Thanks, Dom!!!!”

“I always get my new tires at On Site. Today, my husband discovered a screw in my tire. I phoned up On Site to make an appointment. The young man who answers the phone said they weren't busy and to come on by. I'm sorry I don't know this star employee's name. Perhaps the owner can respond to my review and tell me. He has been there awhile. He is the best customer service person, just down to earth and naturally friendly. Seems to really enjoy his work. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told me it would be about 30 minutes and sure enough it was about 20. My car was out front, ready to roll! Didn't charge me a cent. Can't beat that price! Thank you, On Site!!”

Jerry worked with me swapping out the Bendix, never suggesting that the problem might be due to my inability to correctly align the starter, which ultimately proved to be the case.
