“I was driving through Banks on my way home from Portland and fell in love with the town. When i returned home in Tillamook i decided to give Quail Hollow apartments a call as i am looking for a place to relocate. I spoke with Kim, the manager and she was wonderful. I just was not able to make ends meet with the price of the apartment as i am on Social security. I ecently retired. If i ever get a chance to make enough, i will definately try to apply again. I have lived in Tillamook most of my life and am looking for a nice change. Thank you Kim for taking the time to talk to me and for being so positive, not much of those qualities in people any more.”

“I’ve had an amazing experience living at Forest Place for the past three months. The location is close to nearby parks, or transportation, making it super convenient for work, shopping, and dining.
The amenities here are a real highlight. Pet friendly. The apartment where I stay is spacious, clean, and modern, with great natural lighting. Noise levels are low, and the overall community vibe is friendly and welcoming.
The management team deserves special mention—they’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. I feel safe and comfortable here and would highly recommend Forest Place Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a nice, hassle-free living experience.
