After about five years with only one speeding ticket ever, my basic insurance for the Kia Rondo just increased from $100 to a total of $175 a month. I never received any discounts for good driving like they said I would. They kept telling me that due to my poor credit, I would have to pay more. This should be illegal. Despite having a really good driving record, because I am of a lower income class, I must pay so much that I can't afford it. I already live in my car due to the cost of living and child support; now I may lose that too. Companies with tactics like this destroy hope and the little shelter one may have. State Farm doesn't care about you.
I also had the roadside assistance. When I went to use it, I waited six hours and then they told me to find my own tow. Something I paid for many months left me stranded and told to find my own way.
What a way to treat someone who has been with you for some time.
