So I just moved here just down from the shell station . And I live just down the road from it local store you know it's in your neighborhood you would be going to that store a lot as a customer correct I've went into the store a few times myself and every time I go in there the the staff or owner or worker or employer or employee whoever is behind the counter has been very rude very blunt and very snarky towards me but it's never been really said anything to me either so you know I figured that's because he hates his job now on a different note my wife's been in there twice they told her to hurry up and buy what she needed to get cuz she was walking around the store looking around trying to find something to snack on or something that sounded good and I guess he got really rude with her and told her to hurry up she need to buy something get out of the store so she walked out and she replied back and said sorry I didn't mean to make you upset but I'll take my business elsewhere. And now on top of it she went in the store this morning to see about buying a cup of coffee and she walked in and there's no fresh coffee so she turned around and walked out the employer employee watch out behind her as she leaves at opens the door raises his arms up in the air and goes what and my wife turns around and says what you have no fresh coffee I'm going to another store and then she said that's not a way to run a business cuz you're rude and inconsiderate and you have nothing in the store and yeah she said that's not a good way to run a business you're going to end up losing it and she hopped in the truck and left can players are rude mean and inconsiderate arrogant and the gentleman behind the counter is sexist towards women he has me and he needs to learn to change his demeanor towards women

The owner tried to charge deposit fees on beverages in cardboard boxes. When questioned about the charge out of curiosity he removed said charges and wouldn’t explain why. When asked again all he could say is “no charge goodbye”! Gas is always 1$ more than in town. Be aware please… Will never spend money there EVER!!!

The new owners are changing the price of things already rang up at the register. The man at the the register left to go find his boss then the man stood at the registar looking at his phone deciding what to charge me. I was over charged 3.60. The very angery man behind me in his 70s wanted his money back. It has been like this the last 3 times i have gone there. Tomarrow i will go ask for my money back.

I was stolen $28.64 at this gas station - I prepaid $80 for a full tank and only used $51.36, but they still charged $80. I contacted the manager but the only response I got was that I should wait for the transaction to change. It was ridiculous - bank transactions do not magically change on their own.They also give a misleading receipt that states the change was given in cash, which is not true, and even the manager confirmed the change is never given in cash.So it is either a fraud or a negligence. But surely I recommend choosing another place to fuel.

If you want to be cussed and screamed at while you get gas. Say no mores. I've got the place for you. Jewels (sp) will make you feel right at home. Got kids with you. She'll cuss and scream at them too. What earned this lovely treatment you ask. Pulling up on a motorcycle and answering her question "do you need me to do it?" With no thanks. I'm good. And you'll be off to the races.

Me and my mom just stopped at the Shell station right outside of Florence going towards Huntington Park put in $7 worth of gas mansions that it was my mom's birthday the man at the pump filter tank we just want to say thank you so very much God bless you

I forgot his name but he was bigger husky gentleman and we had one of the most genuine conversations I have had in a long time very friendly. Topped off my fuel. I was down to 20 miles left on my tank I was happy to find my favorite shell gas.
