“I found the staff at OCHS to be kind and gentle-hearted. It is apparent that their main concern is for the care and well-being of the animals. This group makes it their mission to provide the best with the resources available. The animals are clean, regularly exercised, socialized, receive exceptional medical care, and well-rounded meals. I was so impressed!
I adopted a dog, who ended up not being a fit for my home environment. I was heartbroken! If you've ever been in this situation, some people can be very unkind (which is reasonable, no one wants to see an animal returned). The staff was empathetic on his return, were a listening ear, and had nothing but the best interest of the animal at heart. I will be forever grateful for their kindness during this difficult situation.”
