Everyone at Hyak is professional, friendly, and made every effort to resolve any issues we were having with our wi-fi installation. They worked to find the problem which took a few days, but once it was found they were prompt to fix it. Shoutout to Nick, John, and Alexis!

These guys are awesome. Came in for a wireless card, they hooked us up in about 1 min gave a great hand shake and a smile and got us on our way. Have shopped at full spektrum for many years and will continue to do business now that they are Hyak.
