Since their new layout, which doesn’t make much sense to me it’s harder to find things and still has a lack of employees on the floor to help. Most of the aisles are wastelands with only small sections actually stocked out of the whole aisle. Heard multiple customers I was walking by “if we can find it” or “if it’s in stock”I walked around the whole store because i forgot they moved the kitchen section to the other end in the back.I didn’t find the pans I wanted so I browsed all the kitchen stuff looking for something I’d want to buy. Not sure if they have undercover security now or just creeps who come into the store but someone was following me, watching me while I shopped which just makes me even more not want to come back to target.

Target has a problem with the handicapped and call the police if you use cash. Never shop here again they are despicable and have no problem having a mentally handicapped man beaten and removed for paying with cash

One of the store employees in checkout is extremely disrespectful towards customers and when I talked to her, it felt like she was attacking me personally based off my race and I did not feel safe around her.

Target sucks now. Expensive with little selection. Store remodel is bizarre looking simultaneously sparse and overstuffed. Annoying display carts in the middle of isles making them hard to navigate. Seems like half the store under lock and key needing an employee to fetch products.Movie selection constantly shrinking.

The most disorganized target i’ve ever been to. Looks as if the store was ransacked, there are products all over the floors and knocked out of shelves, missing items, inventory online doesn’t match what’s in store. Very low inventory of items in general. Trash all over the sales floor. Expired food items on the shelves, and in the cold sections!! employees are scarce and it takes forever to get any help!

This is my regular target- or at least it used to be! They remodeled the store which I was excited about thinking it’d end up looking like the Beaverton location (super nice!!). But no. Now everything and I mean EVERYTHING is locked in cabinets and must be accessed by employees. So we all need a personal Target employee assistant to shop here now (no, they are not staffed to be able to actually do that). What should’ve been a 15 minute shop took well over an hour and I couldn’t even get everything I needed even though it was all there in the store. You just can’t reasonably shop the way they’re trying to make us now. Driving out of my way to a different store would have saved me time and frustration so I guess that’s what I’ll do now. Bummer.

DONT DO ONLINE ORDER FOR PICK UP! Customer service online is also trash.Can always get lost in target and spend too much and staff doesnt bother talking to you when you're there, but the biggest issue is that their within two hours pick up can actually be 4 to 6 hours. So beware before trying to order anything.There is one cashier there who is beyond amazing. I wish i knew his name but he is an older man and is always fun to talk to and my autistic son loves him too. He is the only reason for a star.If he didnt work there id probably stop going to this target entirely and make the longer drive to clackamas.

Just picked up some medicine. Fred Meyer would not take VA insurance any more. I guess they changed too much so VA cancelled them.

Standing at electronics for 20 minutes clicking every help button and asking employees. No one ever came. You lost a customer because you have no one in the area to open a case. I will go to your competitor and spend the $1000 you just loss there. You lost a customer.

At this location homeless can have free stuff unlimited. Security is only concerned when paying customer forgets to pay for the paper bag.

I google a product online sale a decent price went to store to grab and go only to realize in-store price was DOUBLE. So I had to place an online order to get the reasonable price. Needless to say 40mins later walking around store waiting order still isn't ready for a simple item, so I purchased some makeup and left only to find that would have been cheaper online as well. Still waiting for my online order... Won't be coming here anymore after

On numerous occasions, I have come to get my pick-up order and I was given food item that had expired months prior. Also on numerous occasions, I have been given opened and/or completely destroyed items. One time they said they gave me a $100 item, and it was not in the bag. Almost every time, they say "8 in stock" but out of stock it on my order.... I physically go inside and it's right there on the shelf. Wait times for pick-up orders can be up to 40 minutes at times. I have shopped here for years, unfortunately, I will not return ever again.
