I remember my mom who has passed, loving to go to her Bi Mart in SE on Woodstock and thinking to myself how cute she was wanting to go up and down every aisle looking for things she just “had to have”! I believe that is why they have such loyal customers. It’s because you do end up finding things you really need there and their prices are much less expensive than the big, big box stores. The people bring a smile to my face and my bank account doesn’t suffer! What more could you ask for?!”

“Shout out to Amy in Home Goods! Awesome customer service! I was on the hunt for a GraniteWare canner with jar rack and drove all over town. Seven places, guys. Had two places lie to me over the phone that they had them in stock but didn't when I showed up. When Amy got me on the phone, she actually walked back to the aisle to check. Talked about packaging details and even told me what aisle to go to because the store is so large. Give Amy a raise! To all the other customer service clerks out there that check a computer for stock, your lazy butt should be fired.”

“I switched to Walmart pharmacy after finding their prices are lower and because you can have them bring it to your car. They can fill any Walmart pharmacy prescription- it's not limited to any Walmart store. They can text you to tell you when your prescription is ready. At this store their 'curbside pickup' is similar to a drive-in bank teller chute system, that works well. You don't have to get out of your car! Two teller pickup terminals are on the east side of the store building.”

From there went directly into the produce department where the fresh fruit looked amazing, just popping! Continued through the store for other grocery needs. “The staff at this pharmacy truly know what the meaning of customer service is. I'm disabled and my husband generally picks up my (many and difficult to find) prescriptions. I worry that filling at different pharmacies will look suspicious, so I don't do that - meaning once I choose a pharmacy, it's because I trust that they will have my medication, and, if not, will order it as soon as they can so that there aren't delays in - for example - the medication that controls my seizures. Not only does the staff here ensure my medication is ordered if they are low, they even know my husband on sight when he goes to pick up my mediation, and the accompanying last name, birthdate and relation to me. They take their jobs seriously, which means I don't have to be stressed about another thing that might go wrong every month.Thanks, Camas Costco Pharmacy employees - I may not see you often, but I do hear what a great job you're doing from my husband and I'd give you 10 stars if I could. :)”
