I will never go back there again. I fell in their parking lot and they are not doing anything about it. So be careful if u fall inside store or in parking lot they will tell u they won’t cover your hospital bill. I told them off and told them they lose my service if they can’t keep their parking lot clean so u don’t slip ???????

Dirty smelly bathrooms, floor and counter are always sticky by the soda fountain, some dairy products are often expired and on shelves SO BE SURE AND CHECK THE DATES!! Then you've got pot smoking employees who have no problem puffing away on the clock. So if you are looking to catch a buzz, get a bit of a high, stop by during the graveyard hours. Chances are you wont be disappointed! Too much socializing and not enough customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Chevron!

Poor customer service...lazy as hell, gas jockeys are sloths. Must have government assistance, so don't understand if you don't have sales or customers,you don't get paid.

One of my favorite gas stations around, it’s always clean and the employees are always helpful, they always have great deals on food snacks and drinks I really like, there is always hot food ready to go and a good variety as well, one of the gas pump employees Hannah is amazing and really funny, definitely a top tier employee, highly recommend Jackson’s store 509

Employee Hannah has been harassing me for months in and out of the store and Jacksons as a company supports her harassing people and assaulting them. She has been caught with cocain and has admitted it, she's been caught smoking in the cooler and back stock room and bathrooms and yet still nothing. Somethings gotta happen with her before lawsuits roll in left and right. Alex the district manager told me there's nothing they can do about it and that I'm not allowed at that location cause all I do is mind my business and their employee Hannah takes every opportunity she gets to harass me even purposely goes outside when I m filling up my gas can will harass me. She's assaulted me in the past and they still will not do anything about it. They do not care about their customers or customer relations

Overpriced which you can expect from a convenience store but you also get to encounter the rude and unaware employees who seem to not care about their customers, every time I go into this Jackson's I'm standing at the counter for at least a minute before I get help because the employees are getting distracted and chit chatting overall it's a inevitable headache you should prepare yourself for

Stopped in to use the ATM and it was so clean and inviting. Ended up getting an ICEE and apparently they give you a free banana with every fountain drink. They have other specials similar. Also very nice staff. :)

Employee tried to charge me for the wrong price for the purchase I made and ended up charging more for another purchase but I was done fighting for the actual price so I highly recommend not coming here!

Popped in because we were thirsty and it wasn't too far off the freeway. I drink a lot of unsweetened iced tea and that's what I was craving and girlfriend wanted a Rockstar. They carry no unsweetened tea in fountain drinks (pretty much everyone carries it) and they didn't carry the particular Rockstar my girlfriend was craving. The place was clean and the employees were nice, just didn't carry either of the things we wanted. Definitely will never stop again.
