How do you guys even get any customers at all? We want internet service in our home but the customer service is horrible and they have no idea what to do. They send links that don't work and can't comprehend any of the problems they make. We didn't even get to use the service we got fed up and immediately chose a different provider for internet.

Helpful staff but the wait time was ridiculously long for what I needed to accomplish. Will pay for the self-install and shipping costs next time

If you have the opportunity to use a different internet company do it. I’m 1 of the unlucky people who only have Xfinity as an option. After a year they while continuously hike up their price for no reason. I’m paying an unreasonable amount now and they won’t do anything about it. Price gauging worse than a beer at the Super Bowl

For two days. I have been calling Comcast and XFinity to attempt to change my plan. So many things have gone awry. The automated system hangs up on me. One person who was in India said he would check on something and be right back I waited 15 minutes and then hung up I did talk to an agent who changed my plan, but my TV service was cut off although I have paid for it for another three weeks I attempted to use the live agent chat. And every time I told them what the issue was they kept trying to sell me a new plan.I hope to see someone in person today at the local store . This experience adds to my pleasure with this company and I will be changing companies as soon as I sort this piece out.The customer service, and the way that whoever is managing their customer service needs to take more classes or figure out how to make it better because this does not work. Everyone I know who uses Comcast feels frustrated. The only reason they keep going is because they’re so big of a company and they ignore the giant swell of dissatisfaction. their systems don’t fit their customers.

I had a complex issue that I didn't even really understand but they were super fast and kind about figuring it out. I was helped by Cody and it was a lovely customer service experience, I wasn't charged anything and it all got sorted out super quickly. A very friendly and knowledgeable employee for sure.

We are asking Xfinity for updates about the outage and there phone just hangs up. You can not talk to a live person and the app dose not show anything.

I will say that up until this point, Xfinity has been fine. However, we now have an issue, and it has been impossible to fix. Charter has left a LIVE DOWNED CABLE in our parking lot for days, and are not planning on fixing it until late next week. To top it off, once I finally did get in contact with an agent, they tried to upsell me by lying and saying they were offering us an increase to our existing plan "for the inconvenience." It was only at the very end as this person was trying to get a confirmation that they revealed our cost would go up, because it was an upsell, which is laughable because the whole reason we were calling is because the internet is out! Why would I agree to pay more for internet that doesn't exist?! I'm so furious. I'm calling Hunter Fiber Optics tomorrow, if they can get me internet before Xfinity can, you better believe we're cancelling.

I like the product and the prices. However, they have a huge turnover in staff. They will tell you anything to make a sale, but no follow through and when you come back, the person you dealt with, either does not remember or is no longer there.
