“The sales people were friendly and courteous. They were more than willing to assist whenever asked.
The clothing is well made and nicely in tune with current fashion, which is difficult to find in plus sizes. And they will fit a good range of sizes of ladies.
The prices were a little expensive, which is to be expected for nice plus size clothing,but not unreasonably so.
All in all I'm quite satisfied with my purchases and will return to torrid whenever I am looking for fine clothes.”

“This store had a good selection of products when I was here last. I had ordered a few things online and needed to bring back the items that didn't work. The associates here were helpful in processing the return and in helping me order something they didn't have in the store. My friend who was with me was also impressed with their inventory, and ended up purchasing some fingerless gloves that are ideal for her to wear while playing piano in the winter.”

“I went in with my grandmother this afternoon, we were both in to get measured and try on bras. It was a bit bumpy to start because there's only one gal getting the bras and measuring, it was busy and the stress this had on her was evident. Even then she was kind and patient since my grandmother isn't 100% mobile on her own Once we got going, she warmed up and she recommended some absolutely wonderful bras for both of us. She even showed me a couple fancy fun little (actually big) numbers. Definitely going back next time I'm in need of bras and will send friends that way”
“I had the most wonderful experience at the JC Penney's Valley River Center location, the cashiers were so nice, I also had a return and the ease of making a return was a very pleasant experience. I can hardly wait to go shopping there again soon.”
“Usually, Macy's is a bad experience. No help in sight, can't find my size, cheaply made clothes mixed with some quality. An ocean of stuff with no signs or clues to help a girl navigate. I hate it.
But my last visit was to the Clarins counter, where I got perfect help, honest feedback, useful tips, human courtesy, and fast service to get me out the door.”

“I went into Title Nine in Eugene a couple of years ago and found my favorite-ever bathing suit. The staff was super friendly and encouraging which is nice when shopping for a bathing suit. Who doesn't love a little body positivity! Since then, it has always felt like a place I am happy to support. Yesterday I happened to be passing by and popped in. I found a couple of pieces that I liked but wasn't sure about. After Ashley helped me style them, they were perfect though. Wanly was also super helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to go shopping and have the staff feel more like friends than salespeople. Ashley and Wanly were both honest about what looked good and what suited me. They made the whole experience really outstanding. Title Nine is all about the experience! From start to finish, you know you can count on finding quality, good vibes, and versatile clothing that will last.”

“wow, this little boutique is a gem. i never went in because i rarely have $ to spend but while picking up yumm bowl next doori popped in to see if i could get a particular scent made or create one (you get to MIX YOUR OWN PERFUME!!!)...i did...& the cost was very reasonable!i also found this place has reasonable prices & caries LOTS of beautiful, sweet, cute, practical & whimsical things ...even things that give back to communities or nature!definitely will be backesp for gifts”
