Just purchased 200' of blue steel line to haul my drift boat up and down steep slide ramps. Price per foot was the best I could find on the internet and sales representatives answered all of my questions over the phone! I will be shopping at WRS again and will recommend it to others!

Hit and miss on employee service - you get who you get. I was happy with my purchase. There was an error which they were happy to correct on the charges. Their prices are competitive. I'd go back.

Due to unkindness of staff, not allowing me to use the restroom after traveling across the state with small children, I give this place a terrible review. My husband has wanted to give business to this place and the first chance he gets, they treated his family as such. Bummer.

Drove 50 minutes out of my way because Westech explained to me that they could splice my double braid climbing line. After showing up the guy took one look at my climbing line realizing that it wasn't a stable braid and turned me away. Unhappy with the poor advertising and customer service.
