Worst branch ever. I have multiple bad experiences at this location but today was just on another level. WAITED 45MINS for banker to help me with Wire when there were 7 employees doing nothing but talking within themselves. They were like why don't you do it online or in the app. Also if you were holding a training session or meeting during work hours then have a appropriate coverage on the front so Banker doesn't have to do Teller job.
Bunch of arrogant employee as last time Teller said it will take 10weeks hold on my cashier check and was of no help whatsoever and then I went into another branch who were able to deposit it in my account same day. I guess Teller/banker didn't know the difference between personal check and cashier check.
This location doesn't seem to value my time and business.

They never answer the phone, and if you go to the branch they always make you feel like they are doing you a favor!

It is extremely frustrating to work a job where you work Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and can never get to the bank. I have to deposit my paycheck into the ATM and even at that half the time the ATM is not accepting deposits. You change your hours constantly and it is incredibly difficult to find out when I can access my bank that I have been banking with since 2014. It’s kind of ridiculous, especially when my husband banks with OCCU and they’re open on the weekends which makes it incredibly enticing to want to switch.

Refuse to answer their phone during normal and slow business hours. I am waiting on an important transaction and saw it went through. Before I drive 30 minutes to get there, I wanted to call and confirm with them. I've called for the past 30 minutes and no answer. Is anyone working there???? Everytime I go in there there's never a rush or long line. This is terrible business practices.

I've have had wellsfargo for 15 years. Walked in today with a big bag of change (to add to my checking account) and the extremely unhelpful employee proceeded to tell me they only accept ROLLED change. This is a full size, branch Wells Fargo. Apparently they don't have a coin counting machine for long time customers. Bank somewhere else, Wells Fargo has gone downhill BAD & has also closed pretty much every single Branch in town and don't even offer proper banking utilities at the ones that are still open...

The Employees including the Manager's have no clue about there own Policy's. I had someone go to put money into my account & they were told they are not allowed to do that. According to Corporate & my local Wells Fargo, they told me that it is allowed, as long as there is no lock on the account & the account is active!

The River Road branch in Eugene has the most unprofessional employees around. They definitely don't care and it shows! Instead of helping resolve problems they tell you to call customer service. As soon as my professional business is concluded here I will definitely be moving my personal accounts to a different establishment. I've banked with this company for years and this one location is definitely enough to sour my entire experience.

I've had Wells Fargo as my primary bank now since 2018, and I'm very pleased with the bank altogether. This locations staff is very friendly, I like the drive up ATM, and it's conveniently located by my house.

We opened our accounts online and then received a form that needed to be signed and returned to verify our identity. Because the form included our full social security numbers we did not want the risk of mailing it. The downtown branch had been closed for months so we drove to River Rd. The manager was too busy to see us and said that the process was more complicated than it seemed. They send us to the downtown branch which has reopened. The manager at this branch completed the process in 3 minutes. All the form needed was our signatures! Hope we never have to go to a branch again!

It's completely ridiculous that they don't care about their customers. Only having the drive thru open creating lines that almost cause accidents, or only having the inside open making it practically impossible for handicap customers and/or parents. The last thing anyone wants to do is get out of the car in PAIN and wait in your line for 1/2 hr. + with tears running down their face... Or a screaming baby. I've been banking here for almost 15 years and am being forced to close my account and go elsewhere so your employees can chat and hang out with eachother. When there are multiple tellers inside, both NEED to be OPEN. It's a disgusting way to run your business, you're not even a credit union... You especially need to try harder for your customers or you won't have any. I'll be contacting corporate for you.

I really need to get into my safe deposit box at the WellsFargo branch on River Rd in Eugene. There are people inside the branch but they will not come to the door so I can ask a question - HOW DO I MAKE AN APPT TO GET INTO MY BOX??!! I can’t believe the bank has not made a provision for this to happen. Someone please give me the info or a number to call or ?? So I can retrieve my passport.

Youve gone and closed almost all the branch locations and the only remaining is closed at 5pm on Friday , not open anywhere on weekends. Its plain to see that you do not care about your customers and have obviously made way too much money over the years otherwise you wouldn't treat us like we dont matter. Ill be going elsewhere asap.
