One worse bank I’ve ever bank with controlling me over my money and doing things without my permission and rude Customer agent especially Brandon he’s so evil that he turns me on to the fraud department and turns all my funds in right now I’m stranded can’t do anything but owe bills everywhere when I’ve the money my relative is dying in the hospital and he need my help but I’ve no access to my own hard earned money well the next time you guys are seeing me it’s with my lawyer and if I lost my love one cause of this I promise I’ll do everything in my power to pay you guys back this is evil

Jeff Beavens, at the Cal Young branch on Coburg Road, took over an hour helping me with financial matters and all the confusing paperwork. My needs were met, and I am very happy with the outcome. Jeff is truly an asset to Wells Fargo Bank!

It was around the noon hour and 5 people were waiting in line. There were to employees helping two customers at the counter. I'm going to say the other male employee that was behind the counter was a manager. He was helping what looked like what was a friend with something on her laptop. She had to sign on while he waited and the people kept stacking up in line. I had to leave, I couldn't wait any longer as the two of them chatted about whatever while the rest of us were waiting to be helped. To say the least, it didn't look very good to the customers waiting in line to be helped. Here's another reason I don't bank at Wells Fargo. I was only there to cash a check from someone who is a member there. With all the bad press lately that Wells Fargo is receiving, you would think they would try a little harder to help people instead of chatting with a friend in front of people that are waiting to be helped.

I do not bank here. I had business here. Stephanie helped me. Professional. Patient. On the mark. Courteous. Welcoming. I suggest giving her a raise. She does your business well considering Well Fargo's recent past. Keep up the good work. I may have business your way again. The Five Stars are for your worker. I tried going uptown. Closed down with a sign that said something about go to MY nearest branch. Without any address or location. Not helpful, WF.

The tellers are nice, but the management has been saying drive through will be open "as soon as we get a couple people trained" since at least October. I have been given exact dates when it will be open, but nada. I know it's hard to hire people, but please don't mislead me. It wouldn't be so bad if parking was less of a nightmare, but you may spend 10 minutes circling until one opens up. Then, you get to step up the gigantic curb that now has a ridiculous looking fence to keep it from injuring any MORE people than it already has. It almost seems like they are trying to make this location as inconvenient as possible for their clients.Make sure you give yourself a LOT of extra time if you need to go here.

This bank has terrible costumer service. I needed to bring paperwork to open a simple IRA. They turned me away stating the only option I had was do open it online, and that no one in the bank would do it. This same branch told me they would, and had me make an appointment so we can start the process... only to get a call stating they wouldn’t do it. I am no longer going to be a wellsfargo member. I found a bank that will actually work with me to do my banking

Absolutely fail of a bank, the drive through is shut down and there is a line out he door into the parking lot. Avoid this branch at all cost, unless you don’t mind standing in line for an hour.

As we approached the bank, they closed and locked the doors. It's was lunchtime! No sign on the door about being closed and when they would reopen. We waited an hour (the branch closed in our part of town) and came back to a line around the outside of the bank. There were only 2 tellers and no social distancing. The manager said they were short staffed but come on. Have the courtesy to at least put a sign on the door. Schedule lunches so they don't all occur at the same time. Wish we had never opened an account with WF.

Wells Fargo customer service in Eugene Oregon is garbage. No phone calls returned, no emails returned, branches randomly open or close. I've closed two accounts. Desperately trying to close the other four for my kids.

I was driving through town heading to Reno and I had damaged my card, they were the only location out of the 4 I called along I-5 that would see me last minute to get an instant issue debit card. Not only were they accommodating, but incredibly friendly. Ashley the manager went way above and beyond to help me. Much appreciated from the staff here.
