They target people of color and tell them they can't use self checkout. White people not even getting stopped.

My favorite walmart. Customer service is real good, is just sometimes hard to locate an employee if ya need something.

The one thing I do notice that is different is when the regular check stands are open and not the self-serve. Which is really not a big deal at all. But the thing that bugs me, the most is when I'm standing there in line and trying to pay for my stuff and one of the other customers in line decides to look over my shoulder and watch me put in my pin number. So what I think all walmarts should do actually all stores should go back to the 6 foot rule when waiting in line at the check out counter I mean, come on, we have to wait our turn in Self check out line don't we? So why not make the 6 foot rule mandatory for every store, everywhere, so when customers go through the regular check outline, they don't feel so rushed by the other customers to get out of line, they can get their stuff done.

The customer service has really declined and what happened to check stands and registers like seriously feel like cattle being fed to the auction block so sad to see it decline so far

So disappointing - This location has no fresh meat, no deli, or bakery. It's fine if you're looking for other items, frozen meat, or packaged lunch meat, but you can't do all of your grocery shopping here at all.

A decent experience, no different from any other Walmart. The parking lot is a little bit of a maze, but there are plenty of spaces and a good number of them are handicap spots, all of which are near the entrance. While not the most ergonomic lot, the spaces are wide enough for larger vehicles. The interior is clean, but very spread out. If all you need is a single flash drive, you have better brought your walking boots because it's a heck of a trek to the electronics section. This is likely designed in such a way to deter theft, but it definitely adds to inconvenience, especially considering that it's likely a main attraction for many people. The food selection is good enough, and the prices are fair and they sometimes have cute little displays of seasonal miniature doughnuts, so no complaints there. The entire west side of the building is entirely confusing, with seemingly assorted halls of toilet paper, school supplies, toys, and the occasional $7 box of cereal. It's a conveniently placed store with good enough prices, but the chain's distinct lack of tap-to-pay is always a pain.★★★★

1/30/24 1130am I attempted to return an item. Denise and the gentleman tried a number of things, and then we all realized my receipt was past 90 days. I assume she even tried an override at some point, but the system would not allow it. She said, "At this point I/we, the best we could do is treat it as a no receipt, and you could exchange it. But you have to get something in the same department. " I did not have time to shop. I thanked her and left. At 7 p.m., I returned to the store to do my exchange. Not wanting to walk around the store with an item, I stopped at the customer service counter. I explained to Rosa what Denise said, and she said, "I don't know why she would tell you that because you're past 90 days, so I can't do anything" my mind was blown! This is happening because I didn't want to walk around the store with merchandise. I have been in customer for years, so I know, and Denise knew this transaction could happen. Clearly, I purchased the item. It's still new in the package, still the same price even. Mind you, it is also only two weeks past. I respect the 90 day policy. However, I also know it's a guide that can be worked around. Rather than argue with her, I took my item and went to find one other thing I came to get. Apparently the items were not stocked right, so it rang up a different price than I expected. That was the icing I left and decided to write a review. I did call back to the store, but after reading some of these reviews, I decided to call in the morning when I might get the actual manager. Denise and gentlemen this morning were pleasant and helpful. The woman by the fitting room was nice as well.

I'm personally biased in this. But great experience in the auto service center. Actually a crew who cares and is above standards I've recieved in the past. Good job.
