I have never had more problems with a pharmacy before, not to mention, closing for a whole day? Hope you don't need anything on Sunday, ever

I was told last week, in person, that they do NOT close for lunch. I phoned today trying urgently to get anyone on the line. Their new phone system would only tell me that "Normally, (they) are open, but that today they are closed." The recording did not say WHY they are closed (1:35 pm) or WHEN they would reopen. THIS NEW PHONE ANSWERING STINKS. IT ALSO STINKS THAT THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT HAVE EMERGENCY/URGENT CONTACTS AND THAT THEY POST NON-EXISTENT HOURS OF BEING OPEN.

Got prescribed a medication I need. The lady Peggy or whatever her name is, is super rude. I legit dread whenever I have to get meds because of how just awful her personality is. She’s curt, unpleasant, has a miserable looking face, and just no help. Idk why she’s even there tbh.My meds were out of stock. I got told there’s a “long term waitlist”. I asked why; or if she knew how long. She scoffed, got a real nasty attitude, and then treated me like I am annoying. Cause, goodness forbid you ask follow up details or info.I didn’t even bother confronting, and am just switching pharmacies. I’m warning you, now. The ppl there seem miserable in life, and it definitely reflects by the service

This pharmacy on Green Acres Road has been quick to fill prescriptions, they communicate when it’s ready via text message, and wait times are very reasonable. In addition, staff have been very helpful and friendly. I continue to be impressed with their service.

I usually choose Walgreens on Coburg but had an issue with a prescription last time and thought maybe, it was time to try somewhere else. This Walmart pharmacy is closest to my house so I chose here and am glad I did. My prescription was ready, the ladies who checked me out and did my consult were both so kind, even with me showing up right as they were shutting down for lunch.

I have been getting my family's prescriptions here for 4 or 5 years now. My family gets a lot of prescriptions, so we have spent a lot of time waiting for prescriptions over the last couple of decades and this is the best pharmacy that we have ever dealt with in Oregon. Over the years we have also used the Safeway pharmacy on Coburg, Broadway Apothecary, and the OHSU mail order pharmacy and this one beats them all. It's not perfect, everybody has a bad day now and then, but it comes close. They are usually pretty friendly, helpful, and polite, but most of all they are efficient. They get you your prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time (usually really quickly and/or faster than expected) and, in my experience, they are ready when they say they will be ready. They are a well run pharmacy and they know what they are doing. Moving our prescriptions there was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you to the staff there for making my life a tiny bit easier.

thanks for my prescriptions but stop thinking I'm abusing what has been given to me for literal years at this point. To the pharmacist that I always seem to get: If you wanted to give me something else, you should have become a doctor. The pharmacist has taken away medication from me, questioned why I'm on certain medications. I have anxiety and chronic pain, don't get in the middle of me trying to get rid of it.

Well Walmart Pharmacy, you've done it again! Always letting me down. I stopped using this pharmacy years ago and yesterday I had no choice as I'm very ill with a respiratory condition and did not want to go in and infect others. My pharmacy was closed so I used Walmart to fill urgently. They told me 1 hour, I waited 2. I was told they'd mark me as cash and update with new insurance upon entry (would not do it over the phone), but instead they failed to fill my prescription and did not mark it as cash so it just sat there for hours. When I raised complaint, one of the reasons I stopped using this pharmacy contributed to the conversation (she still works there? WOW! She's a joy for sure!). I said if you guys did not give bad/misinformation then I would not be upset. I'm trying to protect others, and now I have to sit in the store for 30-45 mins while ill and coughing and possibly infecting others. I asked that they triage my prescription as urgent due to how bad my illness is and that I want to avoid getting others ill (they aren't doing delivery to parking lot any longer) and they treated me like I was just picking up some vitamins. I'm sorry but if you're picking up medications for a respiratory event in this day and age, and had just come from urgent care and tested for COVID, you should be given priority to get the heck out of there. I had no one else to pick up my prescriptions for me, or I'd have done that. I encouraged them to clean anything I touched and I tried not to touch anything else. I did my part to keep others safe, why didn't you? Do better Walmart pharmacy!!!
