Hands down worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Line stretched all the way to front of store, waited for over an hour & they told me to wait another 45 minutes (after which they just closed). Couldn't get life saving medication & I feel worse for all the suffering people in line to get treated like this. Completely unprofessional

Waited on hold twice today for a total of 4 hours and finally hung up. This happens every time I call. When you go to pick medicine up it’s always multiple days delayed and that’s IF they even have it in stock once the prescription goes through. It didn’t used to be like this but it’s really horrible. I’ve been with Walgreens for well over 30 years and I’m so done with them. It’s so ridiculous. Hire some employees!

Horrible service. Have to wait over half an hour everytime. Most of the employees are on there phones, gossiping, or are walking around looking like they don't know what they are doing. They are very disorganized and never can find anything. On top of that they all dress sloppy and disheveled. Time for a new pharmacy. Where do they find these people? Extremely unprofessional.

Even if you have an appointment you cannot get help within a timely manner. No option for checking in without waiting in the general line - which takes 45+ minutes at times. No one seems sympathetic in the slightest to the inconvenience and discomfort asking people to stand in place for excessive lengths of time either. Mind boggling to say the least.

By far the worst run pharmacy in the city. Send your scripts elsewhere!
I went in to pickup doxycycline and was told that I had to pickup at Kaiser Permanente pharmacy to have my insurance cover it. Ok that's fine, so what do I have to do? Was told by the lady working very confidently that she had "faxed it over to them" and that all I had to do was wait 40 mins and it would be ready for pickup. I don't work in a pharmacy so I simply did what the lady told me.
I go to Kaiser and they tell me they have nothing from Walgreens, and that regardless they would have to request the script from Walgreens as per rules and regulations. Ok fine so they call Walgreens, only now they are saying there is no script to be found!
So I go back to Walgreens and wait only to be told that now they don't even have my script. I had to ask a bunch of questions and basically do their job for them until they finally conceded that they had made an error and deleted my prescription.
I'll say that again. They deleted my prescription without me ever asking that they do that. And apparently have no way to look up deleted prescriptions. So I was not able to receive the medications I needed that day because they messed up.
All of this and not even an apology from them. Dismissive and unknowledgeable staff working here. Whoever is doing the training at this establishment is not doing a very good job.

For some reason, had a staff member tell me that they cant tell me if they have my prescription in stock because my regular pharmacy is out. How am I supposed to find the prescription I need if they refuse to even tell me if they have it or not?! Let alone the fact that I’ve done this many times before with zero issues….. at least some consistency would be nice if you’re going to make up fake rules

I waited 25 minutes in the drive up to be told that only one prescription that was submitted to them over three hours ago was ready, did I want to wait? They are obviously too successful and understaffed, take your business somewhere else where they will appreciate it.

I had the worst experience at this pharmacy. I was told my prescription would be ready by 1 pm at the 18th St pharmacy and when I arrived it was closed. I called the Coburg pharmacy and was pleasantly surprised that they said I could get them at that store in 1.5 hours. I went there 3.5 hours later and was treated terribly by Corey. He was rude, unsympathetic, blamed the call center, and had awful customer service skills. He was unpleasant to all the people in line… not just me. I ended up waiting another 45 minutes and STILL didn’t get all my medicine. I switched my pharmacy to another company based on this terrible experience!

Pathetic pharmacy! I have called 3 days in a row and confirmed that my doctor submitted a Rx. I have been told each day it will be filled and I will get a call when it's ready. Never happens and when I call the automated Rx check service it says they have no Rx. Waste of time! This store needs a change in management. I will move my Rx to Safeway!!
