Good experience. Was helped with print and frame options. The first print had a defect and a second was promptly made on the spot and was just given both. My small one-off job came out great.

I highly recommend Vistra Framing & Gallery for any modest to serious artist in the Eugene and surrounding areas, looking for high quality proof/prints of their artworks. There's frankly no other place like it in town. I had a digital copy of my four-foot painting made with color correction, while nobody else in town was able to digitize that large of a piece, Vistra was able to with extras. Additionally, it was easy to use their online form to start the whole process. Thanks again, Vistra!

Wow! What a great local business. I can't say enough good things about them. I just needed a simple mat cut to frame a print in an old frame that has some sentimental value. Not only did they cut the mat while I waited (all of five minutes), they treated my $10 job like it was a major project. I really appreciate that level of professionalism.And bonus: If you *do* need to wait a few minutes while they are providing your amazing customer service, you can browse their beautiful gallery. I was helped by a gentleman named Alan and he was just great. Highly recommended and I WILL be back!

I was going to have 2 watercolors framed. I took them into their store and was greeted from behind the counter by a man who asked me if I was there to buy something? Because I needed an appointment to have artwork framed unless I wanted to do it myself. I said no and walked out the door.

The staff at Vistra was super courteous and collaborative. Lots of ideas and suggestions about best practices. I had three different pieces framed, each one different, and they guided me through the process and never pressured me to buy more expensive glass, frames, etc. -- it was all about what I wanted, and the suggestions for in the interest of the art pieces. They finished on time and the quality of the work is awesome. Well packaged, got to review it and they helped me load my car safely with cardboard to make sure things didn't get scratched. Thank you so much Vista!

I have used Vistra several times before, always with a good experience, but my most recent one was exceptional. I just got married and wanted to surprise my husband with a wedding gift, a collection of mementos from a trip we took early in our relationship, framed in a collage style. I called the self-service side of the business by mistake (not the full-service, custom framing side) to ask about turnaround time, and was quoted 1-5 business days. This sounded great, as I needed the gift ready in 4.I went in later that day to start the job and got all the way through the customization process, with excellent customer service, and was feeling great. I was then told the job would take up to 2 weeks. Dismayed, I explained what I had been quoted and the kind employee explained that I had called webpictureframes.com, which is Vistra's build-it-yourself, material-ordering outfit.She walked me through the process of ordering my own materials, but when she realized it wouldn't be doable for what I wanted, was able to rebuild my custom order, using a different frame they had in stock already, and put a rush on it for me, despite their having several other rush orders at the time.Three days later, and one day before my surprise was planned, I got a call saying my order was ready. Not only was I very pleased with how it came out, most importantly, my husband loved it. Thank you, Vistra, for finding a way to make this surprise possible! This precious memory is now a beautiful piece of art we can enjoy for a lifetime.

Donald helped me design this frame and matte and it is better than I ever expected. This was my first time with custom framing/artwork and I really had no idea what I wanted. Donald was patient and very helpful. He listened to what I was imagining as a possibility, showed me what that would look like, but then he also made fantastic suggestions. He showed me the sample of the black v groove and explained how it would pull the black paint from the artwork and tie it in with the frame, while also bringing your eye in. Same with the silver matte. He was absolutely right! Glad I trusted his opinion and experience. This is my favorite piece of art now! Thanks Donald and the whole Vistra team. You may have created a framing monster in me. ?
