Would not recommend there service by the N delta hwy for the phone and WiFi service is not worth the price they are no longer bidding for priority on the cell towers I called and complained about the service since I can’t use the phone half the time since the coverage is so horrible I had since getting Verizon and all they did was say sorry the cell towers are bad in that area good luck here’s 40$ off

This place only get 2 stars instead of 1because they have inventory and they're somewhat convienently located. Other than that, this place is a rip-off. Went in to buy a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, waited and waited and waited, finally got helped, the sales guy pushed and pushed this protection plan, we said no at least 4 or 5 times. No. No we don't want it. NO. By the time we got out of there 3 HOURS LATER I was so fed up and tired of being there that I signed the receipt and didn't do my due diligence to look at the receipt. He charged me $17.99 up front for the protection plan and then added to my bill the protection plan for $17.00 more a month. (We paid in full up front for the phone and a few other services so I didn't notice the extra $17 on the receipt). That's insane for one, secondly I told him NO until I was blue in face. I should have only had to have said it one time. Luckily I checked my bill a few weeks later and caught the monthly charge and put a stop to it but had a partial payment on my bill for about $8. They make it so hard to get a refund that it's not worth the $17 they charged up front and $8 they snuck onto my bill to deal with all the aggrevation again.
Make an online appointment (you'll still wait probably 30 minutes) and be sure to go over your receipt carefully.
While we waited for an hour or two, I was able to overhear other conversations between customers and Verizon employees and I can tell you right now, none were pleasant. A lot of mad customers. Verizon, find a way to say yes to your customers and also find a way to stop scamming your customers.

I went to Verizon on Coburg Rd to inquire about getting my mother a landline. Tenizen and Chris were amazing. That is the best customer service I have had in years! It reminded me of years ago when companies prided themselves on great customer service. Thank you guys. You are amazing!

Appointments are meaningless, with only 2 staff on site who were already helping other customers, we finally gave up and left 45 minutes past our “appointment” time. There were no comfortable chairs available and no indication of when we might be served. It seems like Verizon doesn’t need our business or they would increase staffing at their stores. How disappointing, we will not be going back.

I went into the store and asked for a SIM card, that is all I needed...one guy said ok you'll have to sign in and the wait can be from 20 minutes up to an hour ( there was only 3 customers in the store and maybe 3 or 4 employees ) he goes on to tell me that he'll start calling the people ahead of me.
No one was answering , he left messages to at least 2 people.
As I'm sitting and waiting ( 2 employees are talking among themselves and laughing )
I overhear one other employee tell a man that she was already helping, for the last 15 minutes, that he will have to sign in if he wants his phone battery checked.
( I'm thinking you are already helping, why make him sign in now)
10 minutes goes by and still no return calls or anyones body returning that "was supposed to be ahead of me "
So now Im upset at this point, I stand up and say, I'm leaving Verizon and an employee says ok thank you,
I say no you don't understand, you just lost a customer I'm leaving Verizon
He says, ok have a good day !...
Now Im infuriated
I've been with Verizon way too long and Im tired
of the lack of professionalism.

Don't even bother coming to this store. I'm an hr away. He told me to go home and make an appointment. So I had to drive across town to Valley River. I own a business, you don't want my business, fine. I. Done with your store. I've been buying 3 phones every 2 it's for 23+ yrs.

Showed up in the evening and they were able to help me right away. After spending a week on the phone with Verizon and not getting anywhere, they helped me and got me fixed up in about 5 mins. Very good experience!

We came in about an hour and a half to close for help activating our new line. Chris V sat down through two layers of tech support to get our phone activated and we walked out just 2 minutes before close. Very professional and managed to solve a problem four other agents couldn't at the other company. Would 100% recommend their service! Just maybe don't show up so late

Today I went in and spoke with Nico. He was hands down the best cell/internet rep I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest, direct, genuine.... not to mention the eye lashes were on point! :) I could tell that he truly cared about my issue and that was worth more than I had hoped for!! I'd definitely go back for him any day!!

I had the pleasure to meet Fred, who helped move all of my old phone information to a new one. Earlier that day, I had a few negative experiences at my job and was pretty stressed out. Fred was empathetic and promised to take care of my needs. Thank goodness for Fred's sensitivity, professional demeanor, and skillful service!

I went in today after a poor experience with Verizon at Costco. I asked for a specific person to help me knowing he had helped me in the past. Xavier stepped up to help. He was amazing! He and I laughed together and he made sure I wasn’t paying for a phone that had more than what I need. Thank you Xavier for your excellent customer service!

They treated me very well. I came in and they got right to me, we went through my whole plan and ended up leaving with two phones with no pressure. Fred. was really nice and did a great job, he had the same phone i wanted and walked through the new features with me. I will come back to them.

No motivation to serve customers. More interested in sharing stories than dealing with the line of people waiting. Complete disregard. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
