My experience with this particular USPS location has gone well. I find their small package drop off slots to be very useful and conveniently placed. I have never had any issues with the staff or customer service here either!

A personal favorite stop on my errands! The people who work at the Eugene Post Office deserve special thanks for their hard work, genuinely kind and caring attitudes. Against challenging situations, whether a pandemic or a broken HVAC, everyone I have dealt with has been a pure delight. Thank you!

They do their job. Answered the phone after two rings, short and to the point. They are not there to chit chat. I doubt they like dealing with jerks anymore than you like going in there. If you are respectful and to the point, they are as well.
