Drivers lack integrity. Repeatedly claiming that my address is "incorrect". It is not incorrect, it is not even unusual or remotely dificult to find.
Perhaps the entire company lacks integrity, as there is no phone number to call and have to go to the store in person to stop them from returning my stuff.

Completely terrible driver. Had a package from Amazon. This is the first time EVER anyone has actually stuck to the need of a signature. We LEFT a signature on the first note they left, then they left TWO more notes for no flipping reason claiming they needed a signature despite a typed note explaining they had one. Whoever is responsible for delivering to Veneta needs to be repremanded.

'Severe weather delay' on a sunny day for a package in the same city as me, and they won't let me just go pick it up. No ability to talk to an actual human on customer support either. Would not recommend.

Stupidest customer service ever takes forever doesn’t allow you to talk to a human and if it does if it takes at least an hour and a half to two hours

Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge of UPS policy for Shipping requirements. Was called by a local representative and left no call back number or information about the issue at hand. After returning to the drop off point CSR was still defiant about shipping after her team supervisor told her it was ok to ship as is. The CSR thought it was appropriate to opened my package and was full of attitude and bad customer service. UPS you can do better then this.

My daughters package delivered to wrong location with picture during a Saturday Duck Game on 09/16/2023. All we want to know the address it was dropped off at. Special to her. I can’t get a live person to check with driver.Just automated and make a claim online.Don’t care about the money just want the package.

Their website said they were openSaturday until 7:00 p.m. in Springfield and 5:30 p.m. in Eugene, upon arriving at Springfield I found it locked and dark but no hours posted on the building, I thought well, maybe somebody didn't show up for work so I went to Eugene. Found hours posted on the building saying closed Saturday and Sunday

I got a call at almost 8 pm last night. I did think it was weird to get a call that late from you but I did and it said UPS.
I was ensured that my packages could be picked up today at this location. The person said they would put notes in my account stating to pick up, and that my bf Kyle could show his ID and pick it up for me, that notes would be in my account… I just called. There’s no notes, it’s still marked for delivery and I drove 30 minutes to pick it up to be told I can’t until tomorrow. Waste of my time, gas and energy. Don’t tell people that you can put notes in their account and they can pick their items up and then say the opposite. I’m super frustrated.

The lady at the Customer center was not welcoming, I went up very politely and asked if they had a package for me, this was my first time coming to a ups store and I wasn’t sure what kind of information they needed to took up a package, she told me that they only looked it up by tracking number (which I didn’t know they needed and I didn’t have at the time) so I left to try to look for it but couldn’t find, now that I know what they need I will come back another day and hopefully I’ll have a better experience:)
