As of the date of this review, the team they have on-staff are really solid. A nice mix of seasoned UPS vets, and new team members who do a good job. The manager Tara (hope I got that right) is really great. She keeps it real with you when shipping. Doesn't try to upsell you, and is open about your options elsewhere. UPS makes billions, and being honest with customers will not affect that in the slightest.

The store has an amazing ambience, not to mention they have all that you need to mail a package. The staff is friendly and extremely customer service orientated. I highly recommend them to any one that is need of mailing, Supples for mailing, business service such as printing and more. I will continue to use them and I will be spreading the word about their professionalism. This owner Wendy has more than one location so be sure and ask for their other locations as well. Thank you to them for being so pleasant not to mention professional I highly recommend them!!

Very high shipping costs and delayed delivery. Ive had bad experiences with these people both when shipping things and ordering things. Item I ordered shipped through UPS and it didn't arrive to me until a week after the promised date. And not only that, but UPS told me twice that it was "out for delivery" when it actually wasn't, so you can't even trust the notifications. I wont use them to ship things anymore because the prices are crazy high and the process is invasive (they want to know every exact item in the box... no thanks.) With this service charging 3x the amount as the regular post office, you'd think they'd at the very least deliver your stuff on time.
