Terrible experience for a U-haul location. My box van obviously wasn't cleaned and for having a full service center on property, I'm wondering what the heck they are doing there. My truck had cigarette Ash in the cup holders, and my windshield wipers were obviously in need of replacement. I told them I was going to the Portland area, and they gave me a truck I could barely see out of, in the freaking rain. (Being in Oregon, it's October, doesn't take a genius to figure out, it's gonna rain.?) One of the customer service "people" desperately needs dental work, cause they had the teeth of a piranha-Really U-haul managment? You've gotta be kidding me.

I had occasion to deliver a u-box to this facility on 10-17-23. There were 2 gentlemen that stayed late and waited for me so I wouldn't have to in Eugene overnight. Unfortunately I don't have there names but hats off to both of them! Thank you!

After having a VERY difficult time getting into the parking lot area fillowing the arrows and entrance signs, another customer had parked his big truck right in the middle of the drive area, we squeezed past him (I have a very small car) and we parked. We went inside and waited about 15 minutes to be helped, but no worries, they were busy, I mentioned to the LADY clerk that a customer had parked in the middle of the aisle. She proceeded to inform me very rudely that I must have come in the "out" so I was wrong to have said anything because I went the wrong way. We just stood there confused and finished our transaction. After going back out to our vehicle we both noted and knew all along we had NOT come in the wrong way. We had followed the entrance signs and the big arrows painted showing where to go and did nothing wrong. This woman was extremely rude and even complained she rarely worked on Saturdays when it was so busy. Even though this U-Haul is closest to us we will travel way across town to the next town for our U-Haul needs. I haven't been treated so badly at the other store ever!!

I was over charged and simply wanted support in getting the charges figured out. One unhelpful worker went and told another worker I was upset over being refused help and he sent this other guy in puffing his chest at me and trying to physically intimidate me to leave. I thought he was going to put hands on me. It’s a sad world when grown “professional” men berate female customers asking for help. The manager referred to me as a “disgusting thing” when speaking to other customers. It’s wild how devolved men have become.

In visiting this store yesterday with my husband and child, I witnessed the entire staff treating a woman horribly. She was asking for help with her invoice and was called names, publically humiliated and degraded. I was shocked and uncomfortable for her. While she did get pretty upset eventually, it was after she was demeaned and cussed at by the General Manager who also was talking about her to other customers in front of her. It's a sad world when women are treated this way.

I was overcharged and when I called to resolve I was left on hold. When I called back the manager just hung up on me. I just want to be charged honestly.UPDATE: The professionalism of the staff and manager is Jerry Springer level. Ask for help or customer support and prepare to be degraded, humiliated and verbally assaulted. The manager Johnny Dobbins Jr will even puff his chest and try physical intimidation towards women over actually having to do his job. He referred to me as a "disgusting thing". I've never experienced such vile unprofessionalism. I finally called support and got the refund for the overcharge. The staff here simply isn't competent enough to handle basic tasks.

I had a really bad experience at another location off of 7th Ave. These people here not only helped me, but they found out the dealership had not tightened my hitch bolts and they were coming loose. They took my car tighten all of my bolts and got my trailer going for me. Thank you Brian, and Ashley for your help

Ashley is terrible at communicating. they were very rude & has not one bit of niceness in them. Right when you walk in it is instant attitude from them, do not recommend talking to them. I'd rather wait an hour long to talk to someone else than talk to Ashley again. If you want to be starred at or waste your patience and time then I recommend Ashley.

We went to pick up a van but they didn't have one I wanted in stock. Nemed(spelling? Nehmed?) Was a pleasure to deal with and deftly navigated the software to help me find a comparable and suitable option. We got settled, I checked out and I walked out happy.

The online scheduling will let you book for Monday and Tuesday hitch installations when the HITCH INSTALLER has his days off apparently! When they couldn’t reach my phone they didn’t even bother to follow up via email. When I showed up they looked and talked at me as if I was stupid trying to check in for a Monday appointment that is confirmed in my email. They said I’m scheduled for the next day. You know…. Right after they said he is off Mondays and Tuesdays. Unbelievably daft.An older woman behind counter says that unless the hitch installer has reached out to me then I am not scheduled. She said it like I should’ve known that already. Reached out to hitch installers cell and he confirmed he will not be there for Tuesday like they told me and that I am actually scheduled for Wednesday. What a waste of time and kinda frazzling experience.Upping from 1 star to 3 due to Ryan’s communication, quick installation and wait time, and customer service. Left me relieved about the experience as a whole. I feel ready to move now

Returned a UHaul truck and rented storage. Secure, clean and spacious units for rent. I hired Sabrina’s Moving Solutions through UHaul moving and they were excellent. Highly recommend all!

My truck got towed by emerald valley towing and then this U-Haul location was the one that retrieved the truck from the tow yard directly and called me saying to come get my stuff so I did only to find a massive pile of junk furniture with my stuff and my tv was stolen. Neither emerald valley towing or U-Haul has offered me any kind of explanation or help whatsoever. I know both businesses have a very good security system and 24/7 surveillance cameras so I’m so confused why no one can help me. Sad that you can’t even trust business to not be thieves.
